UPDATE:

So I haven't been updating this thing recently! That's because I'm much happier now at my current weight (-29 lbs from my starting weight, I am now 180) and I haven't even really felt the need to count calories or anything. I've had about a month so far of fun n relaxation, complete with ice cream and fast food, but my best friend REALLY wants to get her belly button pierced, and we always said we would do it together.

So my new goal is to lose 20 more lbs by the end of May..she doesn't want to wait till the end of summer ): I would then be down to about 160, which is still FAT FAT FAT for a belly button piercing in my opinion.. hopefully it will heal alright.. but I want to get it done with her. I'm going to need some motivation and help from you guys, so please, help me out here!

What can I say, I got mine when I was in the 190's XP

I didn't want to get it till i was thinner but my friend went to get her nips so i just said what the hell and got it done.

First meal: Slice of pizza with pasta and a side salad, water

Lunch: Turkey sandwich (300)

Dinner: Tuna melt (484) with a side salad and ranch (120) = 904

Getting back on the bandwagon. Was down in the 160s, back in the 180s within one month and I have no idea how or why. ******** this!

What I ate today:
Little microwave thing (300 cals)
Flame roasted chicken sandwich (309 cals)
Two sausage biscuits (360 total)

...And now I lose count because I had some Jaeger shots and a bunch of beer. Um... I'm guessing maybe like 900 cals total gonk

So that puts me at like 1800 for the day? Shitty.

BAWWW. Here I am again. I currently am at 160, and I'm determined to reach my goal. Well 90% determined. You guys need to help with the rest. gonk

I'm doing this to get into the regular weight category on the BMI scale. Yes, I know it doesn't incorporate muscle weight, buut.. I'm using the BMI scale. I ultimately want to get down to 125-130, so I gotta lose about 30 lbs.

I now have a membership at Planet Fitness, I don't have a car so I have to walk/bike anywhere I want to get to - that comes in handy, I suppose.

I'm going to do what worked for me before - counting calories. However, I have a feeling I won't be as accurate this time; I didnt mind it one bit before, now I find it a pain in the a**. So I'm guessing there will be lots of estimations.

What I ate today:

2 slices of bread (160 cals total)
Half a tablespoon of margarine (25 cals)
1 slice of cheddar cheese (80)
1 slice of summer sausage lunchmeat (80)
1 cup of light chocolate soy milk (90) = 435 total

I realized something... seeing as how I just decided to start trying to eat better, I still need to eat all of the "bad" food I have. I'm not just going to let it go to waste xD
