I waited till I got married, I was 22. We just had our 28th anniversary in Oct. We do not believe in sex outside of marriage.

No. I was originally waiting until I was married, but I'm your typical pervy guy. XD

Heeheehee, I'm liking this guild more and more. Hahahaha, does "born again" count? rofl Waited until I graduated high school, and probably would've waited through college, but I -thought- I was in love with my first boyfriend, and well you know what happened then. xp But then you grow up and look back at all the dumb things you did and hope you've at least changed a bit for the better. xd

Given that about a third of the answers are "Yes" when this is a guild populated by people that are (by vast majority) over 20, the word "Tragic" comes to mind... Most emphatically.

I lost my virginity at 15 to someone way too old for me. Sadly I cannot even remember his name. NO I have not been with that many people either. I was just very drunk when I lost it.

LOL live and learn. i am currently holding out for the right person.

Lost it at 21. Not quite two years ago. He was my first and latest love. Only partner so far.

Different...Very.

I don't know about that. I too am a virgin, but I don't think it's a bad thing at all.

Is it tragic that people are waiting for the right person? I don't think so.

Is it tragic that people are picky when it comes to partners? I don't think that it would be nearly as fulfilling if we didn't keep to whatever values and standards we have. Though I'm not saying that it is said values and standards that sustain it for everyone who is a virgin, I think that ultimately, it is a major player for most who are.

I do think that virginity is a very special gift. One that you can only give once. I prefer to give it to someone I truly believe I'll live my life with. If it happens to turn out as such, I'll be happy with the fact that I won't have anything else to compare it to, by accident or choice.
