One crazy neighborhood...

((Just so you know, this was an rp I made a while back that died WAY before it should have... Hope everyone enjoys it!))

There is a city, tucked away from mortal eyes, living in the shadow of a mountain-side. A marvel to the few newcomers that arrive, everyone and thing there posses supernatural qualities or are of supernatural make. This is a place where gods walk the streets, and you might actually find yourself having a near-death experience; nice fellow, if a bit stiff... A place where angels and demons could be seen getting coffee while discussing the apocalypse. A place that, though a constant wonder finds new and more interesting ways to kill you every second. The time of day can't be told by the position of the sun, however... Day and night have no real meaning since they seem to be regulated by the sky's mood, leaving parts of the city in day while others might be at an eclipse.

A truely random city, one governed only by chaos.

Rules:

Be literate and creative! Other than that, just have fun!
No need for profiles, just jump in as long as you keep to the rules. This includes guild rules.
Regarding characters, you can be anyone. From any anime, any show, any book. After all, dimensional rifts open up all the time! However, no one is death. He's an Npc... Thought you can use him in posts some times.

It was a simple enough day that nolitc decided to go for a walk alone.... it was rather nice and there was a pleasant breeze.

Though Noltic was no average boy he felt somehow a little stronger than most... not physically really just in general... fester reflexes... better helth... better judge of character... he credited all of this to living a really active lifestyle... but honestly he had no idea why he lived like this anyways... he just really enjoyed freedom.

This gave him penultimate confidence... and hed scraped the edges of deaths fingernails more than once.... but today felt different.

Suddenly as he walked there seemed to be an oppressive air about the area and a fell wind blew ... clouds gathered and he looked around for asylum from the coming storm.

Though quicker than it had come the storm was gone... and noltic found himself in the street of an amazing place... the things he felt were so much greater than anything hed experienced... and he marveled as simply an angel flew past him and winked.

Now being an avid atheist... this caused him to feint for the first time in his life....

When he woke he found a dark figure standing over him... and in a state of confucion he uttered two words....

"hey man"

Aya casually walked along the sidewalk of the bussling city, most of the other residents passing him by as the sped along to their destinations. The occupants of the city that had any survival sense knew to keep to their own business, and to keep away from anyone who looked like they had nothing to do. At the moment, Aya fit that discription easily. With his hands behind his head and staring up at the sky, he had a nice circle of space from people keeping their distance.

Of course, no amount of elbow room could save them from what happened today. A judge, one of the self-proclaimed keepers of order, dropped to the ground in front of the boy. Being from a higher plane of existence, the ground beneath him cracked and the air around him became super-imposed. Usually when this happened, people would go missing, sucked into the strange rift they created.

Aya sighed. "Do we have to do this every week....?"

The judge merely pointed and said one word: "Run."

Kiyana looked over the city that she knew too well.
My home? No, not a home. I need no home.

Kiyana dropped into the trees and drifted through the forest, a red, flame-like mist surrounding her.
Too much pain and suffering has graced these paths. The trees have seen it all.

Quietly she spoke out loud in a voice that sounded like soft pipe music.
He wanders though he knows not
That here he will stay to rot
Bound by chains of flame
The trees do whisper softly his name.

Aya nodded, and dropped his hands. "Alright, alright... The usual..." He said, then turned and fled. He jumped over the heads of the people that had been walking behind him, Trying to get away as fast as possible. The judge tapped his foot a few times, waiting for an unseen signal. After a moment, he shot off after Aya, hovering a few inches above the ground.

Kiyana sat beneath a tree with her head on her knees still speaking softy.

Buried in the fire of hate
He looked to the west and awaited his fate
The sun rose, the sun set
And still he waited, waited yet

Aya dodged into an alleyway quickly, watching as the Judge rushed past, flinging people aside. Catching his breath, he turned to head farther into the alley. As he did, the shadow on the wall moved outwards and formed an enormous hand, which tried to snatch him up. He jumped back out of the way. "Oh come on... Not right now..."  

[Noltic]

After these simple words... the shadow vanished... and Noltic got up... he looked around a little weirded out and then saw a boy whom he didnt recognize take off almost frantically but his faced looked cooler than a pickle as if he did this everyday.

Well he figured that was the closest thing to regular hed seen so he set off in the direction of the boy as he brushed himself off...

"You know come to think of it" he said"... shouldnt i be more worried?"

The shadow-hand lashed out again, but Aya had moved very neatly to the side. It slammed into the ground behind him, causing the people on the side-walk to jump back. Aya back-flipped across the street, landing beside a guy who was brushing himself off. "Excuse me!"

Kumi walked through the streets looking from ide to side wondering where on earht she was and how she got there. She crossed her arms getting annoyed, and continued walking looking for someone who could tell her where she was.

Emerging from mere shadow a tall figure swept through the town. He was atleast six feet and couldn't weigh more than one hundred and fifty pounds. Dark hair down past ears was shrouded in darkness bya hood that sprouted from a charcoal trench. Under that, denim jeans and a worn black tee shirt were barely visible. His eyes, the color of a perfect apple ... the color of blood; his favourite color. He walked brisky, ignoring sidewas glances and just pressing onward. The destination? not even he knew. Who is he? He's well, he's ... Quin -_-

As the rather polit gymnast boy dodged off Noltic noticed a huge shft in the air... it somehow seemed oppressive and dangerous. He left the boy to his business it seemed he could take care of himself... and Noltic needed to find out where he was and with that he saw a girl he recognised

Kumi blinked and then noticed someone waving at her and running at her. She took a step back as a precaution and blinked when she recogniszed who it was."Notlic...?"-.- She said with a raised eyebrow.
