I just noticed that if you moved your cursor on Magic claw it tells you that energy bolt has to stay at level 1, its at level 5. And my strength and dex are high. My friend said that they should be at lvl 6. He told me I should start a new character. And both of them are at 14. ; 3;
Do I need to start over?

It is better to start over now since you're level 14 instead of level 40 and you realize you should start over.
Most people leave bolt at level 1 since claw does more damage than bolt.
Your dex and str should be low since you don't need those at all.
But in the end, the decision is yours.

Indeed 3nodding I started over at lvl 32 when I had 10 each of dex and str, no magic gaurd, and more luk than i needed TT__TT

In a literal sense, no, you don't have to start over.
But the DEX and STR shouldn't be at 6. They should be at 5 at max.
I started over at level 31, realizing I shouldn't have put teleport to 4 and had 34 STR.

Uh why make a new character when you get more nx?
If you get nx, you can reset the skill points/ability points on THIS character.
However I've got like 14 STR, 10 DEX on my level 64 cleric.
I don't really think it matters if your not too intense on the game.
If you do wanna make a new one, just put your nx items BACK in cash shop, make a new character, and then transfer your items to the new character and delete the old character.

I have 10 str, 4 dex on my 39 cleric. He does fine. I just get more HP than other mages that have lower str every time i level razz
