Tuvok. He is full vulcan and would have more concentration. especially if he meditated for two hours ahead of time like he usually does lol.

as much as I'd love to say Spock because he's older and more experienced, it's ovious that two vulcans (on one half vulcan and one full vulcan) would not be having a staring contest because it is compleatly and totally illogical! and I changed my mind, it would be a tie.

If we all ignore our inneer Vulcan sense that staring illogical contests are illogical, wea would all realise that Spock would wipe the floor with Tuvok.

You people that insist Spock is older than Tuvok are forgetting the rate that Vulcan's Age. Both Spock and Tuvok were born in the mid-23rd Century.

And Tuvok usually carries his eyes half-lidded, and doesn't wear as much Makeup(which builds up grease and sweat around the eyes), so he would easily outlast Spock.

wow, you've got me. Bearing in mind staring contests are illogical I don't know who would win. Spock is half-human but he could stare for Vulcan. I'm not sure about Tuvok. You've really got me thinking here. Yikes. I'm sitting on the fence for this one. It could go either way
