ok, i dont know if people actually read this, and if you do i want some help. i've been holding a secret in me since i was seven, and im sixteen. when i was seven, i was hurt really badly. i never spoke about it to anyone and i know thats why i want to die. it's hard to see the face of ur rapist and know he's won. i hanvnt told my parents and i really want some help on it.

the obvious thing is call the police, that's it, or tell someone close to you and have them call the police. that's the only option
you can only deal with the rape, and be more careful around people

It's probably too late to prove that you were raped, and too late to go to court about it. But it's never too late to report it. You do need to tell your parents, they need to know what's going on, especially if it was somebody that they knew that raped you.
This is nothing to kill yourself over. You just need to tell the right people about it.

i know what you mean by the first post but i is never to late to report abuse. i know exactly what you mean.
just remember that if you die you would be missing out on a lot even though you were raped there is still hope for you
