well, back then there were only a few guilds and there wasn't a guild where I can talk about asian music, famous asian people, etc. thus the APG was born

For me it was winning an award signed by Clinton back in '99. It might be far away in the past, but it still manages to surprise me even today.

When we have an election for new mods, you garner a lot of nominations and votes, and when the rest of the mods, myself, and maybe AsianGirl approve, then you can be promoted to the moderator job.

If being gangsta means getting a buzzcut, growing facial hair, and wearing heavy clothing, then yeah I guess I always look so gangster.

Huh, that's one broad question...

I eat a lot of things. But my top favorites are Filipino, Italian, and Thai food. Can't really be specific on what I like, though. Too many to name.

I'm not an avid anime fan, but I do have a few I've seen and enjoyed, even though some may think they're getting kinda old. Akira and Serial Experiments Lain are major favorites of mine, and NGE & the Tenchi Muyo series were ones that I've gotten into for a while.

I would have liked to mention Æon Flux(animated version) as a favorite, but I guess it doesn't qualify as a real anime, now does it?

I don't play an instument...well actually I am still learning how to. My dad is teaching me how to play the acoustic guitar. I'm not very good at it yet.

I don't play sports. Boxing is being considered until my dad lives up to his promise to get me a punching bag, but for now, no sports.

I'd like to choose either a snake or a tarantula. An Australian dingo would be cool, though they're a menace to care for.

I honestly do not remember. Probably around two years, I think. It would probably be more accurate to say that I've beenh a mod one or two days longer than King Henry or Maylinn.

I actually don't know much because I only know the first generation species, with a few of the next-generation ones. I do know, however, that I'd want to be a Psychic Pokemon. I guess I'd choose Latios, on a wild choice for now.

When I became a mod, the first thing I thought in my head when I saw these new Guild buttons was "Oh crap, a while back I was a naked newbie and now I'm a mod for this giant guild... sweatdrop " But it worked well, and I was happy that I could make some contribution to the guild more than I use to when I was a regular APG member

The move from mod to Vice Captain made me a little more concerned about the guild, whether I could keep the job under control. Sometimes I feel whether I'm really qualified or not. Either way, I always have this thought in the back of my head that APG will continue to need improvements, and that I was one of the closest means of improving it. It can be frustrating and stressful sometimes though. But I always think of the guild every time I log in, and on the inside, I get embarrassed easily with every screw-up that I might make.

Overall, I feel that there's a lot of responsibility that's brought to me, and that I should be able to handle it well enough to the approval of the members and mods.

Azn Fcuk: Do you ever start to feel corrupt with power and want to senselessly ban innocent users for the hell of it?
Of course I never. That would just be reducing the member count of the guild for no good reason.

My finger might be on the ban button at certain times, but that only happens with unruly members.

Hmmm...though I have a lot of hair on my arms, legs, face, chest, and "down there," the idea of uncontrollable hair growth does have thinking a bit more.

Well, the first thing I'd do is see a doctor. Aside from that, I would have to decide whether or not I should fight it or just let it take over.

1. I can always do what Bryan Cranston (Hal) from Malcolm in the Middle does when he has uncontrollable hair growth. Makes me glad we have electric razors.

2. If I was brave enough, there's always something called a Brazilian wax treatment. It would be painful (especially "down there"), but it should work faster than shaving.

3. Electrolysis would be the best form, since it permanently gets rid of hair.

Now for the fun stuff...yeah you're probably going to start laughing at the expense of my debilitating disorder... stare . Just don't rub it in too much.

If it's that uncontrollable, I'll probably have to try to adapt to it. I guess I could break it down into a few solutions.

1. Make an excuse for it such as "Some girls like the warm, cuddly, teddy-bear look," and live up to it (I wonder if anyone has ever said this before...).

2. See the hair as a rugged style feature. Here are some ways to ensure that I can pass it off, as told by the askmen.com article Do Women Like Hairy Men?. However, it'll be a challenge when it comes to pubes, butt, and back xp .

3. Call the Martin Agency to suggest myself to make an appearance on the Geico commercials as an Asian caveman. Perhaps even suggest myself for a role in ABC's TV series Cavemen.

I'm glad you liked it, but I was getting really bored with that theme. My favorite color is blue, but I saw so much of it that I started to get sick blaugh Plus, it's hard to make an angelic avatar that isn't cluttered. I enjoy buying avatar art and in many cases, I wasn't able to commission someone because I had too many items on.

I eat many different things. I don't like vegetables too much, but my parents make me eat them because "they're good for you." Oh well, a spoonful of dressing makes the lettuce go down x)

I like American, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mexican, and Italian cuisine. I'm willing to try anything. I've recently eaten Thai food, which is often spicy. I can handle spicy foods, as long as they're not too much so. Sour foods are good, as well.

I like everything chocolate except ice cream, which I think is bitter.

Crawfish tastes amazing. I live in Texas, which is next to Louisiana, where the biggest crawfish come from. If you haven't tried them, you don't know what you're missing. Every once in a while, when we have crawfish for dinner, I'm the first person to sit down at the table and I'm also the last to leave.

To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of anime. I grew up watching "Pokemon," "Digimon," and "Yu-Gi-Oh," but I haven't seen any of those in years.

I suppose I would like "InuYasha" and "Naruto" if I tried watching them. I don't really want to, because I knew people in high school who did and they looked like this. I wouldn't want to look like that xp Much thanks to Cursed Ronin for the picture.

The only animes I've considered watching are "Star Ocean" because I like the video game series and "Death Note" because many people have given it good reviews.

The only instrument I've ever played was the recorder in my elementary school's Music class. It was required that we sing and play the recorder.

I wasn't interested in it at first and I never practiced, but I eventually had to because I was making Cs and Ds in Music class. My parents bought me a recorder from the local dollar store and I started to practice. I gradually got better at it. At one time, I was so proud that I knew how to play "Mary Had a Little Lamb," "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star," and the "Happy Birthday" song.

When the year was over, I decided that I wanted to play the trumpet in my intermediate school band. My parents thought I couln't handle it and they didn't let me...

I'm the only grandchild in my family who has not learned how to play the piano. I want to someday, though.

Soccer FTW! XD It's the only sport I've ever played.

...Actually, it's the only sport I'm physically able to play. I'm too small and wimpy for football, I'm too short for basketball, and I'm too...whatever for baseball blaugh The ball flies right past me before I'm able to even see it.

Soccer requires little (or no) upperbody strength, there's no height restrictions, and it's fun. I would've been played on my high school team, but my parents made me join JROTC...

I've never golfed before, but my cousins started playing about six months ago and they say it's really enjoyable. It's much better if you actually play or watch it live. But I guess that's true about any sport.

Bowling is fun, too. I know, it's technically not a sport, but it should be mad

If I had to guess, I would say that we've been mods for 2 to 2.5 years.

ChineseChami: ehhhhh. I don't really know who/ how many mods there are.
There is currently one Captain, two Vice Captains, and six APG Mods. AsianGirl is the Captain of this guild. Her sister, VietGal, was the guild's first Vice Captain. Tahimek is our guild's second Vice Captain.

The Moderators include djTAKA, Maylinn, Jhi-Jhi, hyper_azn_girl, Inkieee!, and myself. If you go to the Guild Home and scroll down, our usernames are at the bottom of the screen.

The different members of the moderating team have different jobs and responsibilities.

The mods...moderate the forum. We can make Stickies and Announcements, lock and unlock topics, edit and delete other people's posts within a topic, move topics to and from the Subforums, delete topics, invite users to the guild, as well as ban guild members from posting in the guild. I'm probably missing a couple of things, but you get the idea.

Vice Captains can do everything mods can. In addition to this, they can purchase subforums and do tons of other neat stuff. They're basically mini-Captains. They can take over and run a guild while the Guild Captain is away or busy.

And last, but definitely not least, there is the Guild Captain. She is the creator and owner of the guild. Because of this, she pwnz everyone else pirate Don't get on her bad side.

Gee, I think the better question is: what kind(s) of music DON'T I listen to? I like almost everything. Rock, pop, R&B, country, and rap are the main types. The diverge into too many sub-genres like alternative rock, bubblegum pop, adult contemporary, etc., so I can't be very specific. Classical and instrumental are pretty good, too. I wish I had more of those types of CDs. I haven't listened to a lot of heavy metal or classic rock, so I'm not sure if I like them or not.

"Deep relationships? In my opinion, that depends on whether or not it's emotionally deep or 'physically deep.' I personally don't support relationships that are relationships just for sex, or anything of that sort. I don't know if Hyper feels the same though. xDD (I'm kidding, dear.) I don't see anything wrong with emotionally deep relationships in high school or college, but maybe junior high is a bit early....My brother's in junior high and so is Hyper's sister, and I don't think either is mature enough for a serious serious relationship. I've only had one experience with a 'emotionally deep' relationship, and it went very well for...a whole year. xD After the relationship...we stayed friends, and we're still practically best friends. Hyper's been in a couple relationships herself, but I don't know how serious those were. :D Her current one's all about the sex. ;D (I'm kidding again, dear.) Deep - serious, ne? Well, I wouldn't really know..but I suppose that means serious commitment & work, like forreal. It can't be like "OH, I love/like you when you're around okay but when i'm bored or something better comems along i don't know you kkbye" >__>. It has to real. No secrets, lies, whatever. Like a relatonship with one of your closest, best friends, maybe?

I've learned from experience that it is NOTTT good to have a relationship, period, during middle school at least. It was hard to balance at times; like, I wanted to spend all my time talking to my bf instead of studying as I would normally be being. Plus, the crapload of drama that comes along with it all is..disgusting. D: I think it's better just to date around. Not to be easy & stuff, though, rofl.

After the relationship? Well, Jarvie, I told you the situation with him & my best friend & me and it's like ehh. I was more disappointed than anything. But now we're good, and however which way he's happy, I can be too. Still getting over it though; haa, ew, pain.

Online relationships I don't really trust...plus, I don't think it would be the same. E-hugs and stuff don't make up for the real thing. Same with long distance. & it takes a lottttt of trust in a person, which is something I find hard to find in a person at the moment @w@;;. But, that's just me. Depends all on the two people in the relationship.
