This is just....appalling, that's the only word for it. I can't believe someone would write something like that! Pretty much the only reason the guy hates yaoi fangirls is because they don't want to sleep with him. Life is like that. But just because one girl won't sleep with you and she's a yaoi fangirl doesn't mean you should go and bash every single yaoi fangirl there is.
