Uuugh. My ankles and calves are gross. Seriously. They're huge. There's some fat on them, but it isn't that much, and I'm very concered about whether or not they will still be huge and disgusting after significant weight loss. Any tips on how to get them smaller, or is there just nothing I can do?

Stretch gently for at least 15 minutes before and after each workout. This will elongate your muscles.
Instead of going for heavy weights or strong resistance, do very light weights and very low resistance, but increase the number of times you do each leg exercise. That will let the muscles become firm and toned, without adding bulk.
