Current status:
-Name: Gin
-Gender: Female
-Age: 16
-Height: 5'7
-Weight: 145lbs
-Bust: 38in Hopefully I can lose like.. 2 inches up there
-Waist: 30in I wannt lose about 4-6 inches here
-Hips: 38in and about 4-6 here.
Wants to be:
-Weight: 120lbs

I've done some calucating and found out that if I burn 1500 calories a day then I could lose 3lbs a week. I'm probably gonna end up playing DDR on workout mode.
It takes me about an hour to burn 500 calories so it should take me 3-4 hours to burn that. I already do 200 crunches a day. I started doing that about a week ago.
As for food, I wont have anyting healthy until July first. THe only thing to eat until then is peanut butter sandwiches and whatever my dad brings home for dinner. ex: fast and fatty foods burning_eyes
If anyone has any suggestions, that would be awesome. xD; I dont really like meat, only turkey and sometimes chicken. I don't know how much I should eat, so I'm gonna try under 1200 calories.
