Do you simply give a head nod or hand gesture? Do you tackle people in hugs? Speak in another languege? All of thee above?
I personally quote Tim Collins from rent and say 'ello pidgons!' How odd, unique, or normal are you?

Depends on who I'm talking to. Most times I'll smile and wave at someone from afar, or if I'm in a hurry. Others I'll great in a random voice, or with some quote. Or, a combination of all of those, with hugging included.

I normally say "Hiya!" online. Also, I usually say hi, but it's uncommon for me to say hello. I'll say random things most often though, lol! ^^

Depends on who I'm talking with. Typically it's Ohayo or Allo (Insert name with dono, kun, or san.) Otherwise it's a large grin and me waving like a baka. Sometimes I just run up behind them and tackle glomp them instead of saying hi but once they've said hi I usually let them go and smile while waving at them. Usually this causes my friends, whom I do this too, to laugh.

HEDO!!!
Yeah, don't know where it came from....But if I say "Hey" or "Hello" to my friends, they are all like "ZOMFG! ARE YOU SICK!? YOU DIDN'T SAY 'HEDO'"
So, alas, hedo.

I say "Ohayoo~!" No matter what time of day it is.

I prefer a wave and say "Hello" or "Hi".
It comes to different terms with other people, especially foreigners. I say "Hello" in 7 language so far... (I just know from experience. My main language is Korean, English and Japanese.) I don't have other option but to wave and say "Hi". I dislike close contacts and lazy to do anything else.
