The Labyrinth Soquilifest Quest - Jareth and Sarah!

Ever since the first time I saw the movie Labyrinth I'd become obsessed with the character Jareth (and consequently Davie Bowie as well). Although I normally don't entertain the idea of cosplay Soquilis for myself, this was one character I simply could not pass up!

Body color will be dark dappled *see "body color" reference picture*.
Hair color will be a dirty blonde with spaced out streaks of vibrant blue (not pictured in picture to the left, but in all other reference pictures). The hairstyle is that of the most amazing mullet you have ever seen. Yes, a mullet. See reference pictures.
Eye color will be a very light shade of green with a hint of brown mixed in. (Bowie's eyes appear to be two different sizes because of a childhood accident, but since you only see one of the Soquili's eyes, we'll stick with a mixture of both colors.) EYES - In addition to the eye color, there is going to be some 'eyeshadow' applied. See any of the Jareth reference pictures.
Wings will be white and slightly dappled, like a Snowy Owl (Jareth's other form).

Hair/Clothing edits: See reference pictures. Dirty blonde hair fashioned in a ...poofy mullet. Long strands of hair underneath it all with medium strands sticking out everywhere. Poofy, very poofy. See pictures. XD
Clothing: I only want three clothing edits. The first is the dark blue, shiney and sparkley jacket, the second is the frilly white/silver cravat and over the cravat I want him wearing the pendant (pendant image referenced below) instead of the pin he's seen wearing in the other reference photos.
