Like, give out prizes to the first post on the 7th and 13th page.
As well as for anyone who posts at 7:13am/pm and for the 713th post.

I could advertise in the Captain's Guild.
We could temporarily change the guild's settings to public so anyone could post during the event (even visiting non-members).
That would put a lot more responsibility on the mod's to deleter potential T.o.S. violating posts, but we could try it.

The 21st is on a Wednesday, so most members couldn't stay up all day/night, but it would still work.
And we could keep the party going for more than just one day so everyone can have a chance to play.
