Hey there and welcome! ^_^
The photobucket link wasn't working for me -_- but the others did.
The first advice I'm going to give you is to take up life drawing. It's a great skill to have no matter your level. Get a sketchbook and devote it entirely to observed drawing. Make sure you draw what you see, not what you think you see, you'll see improvements in no time.
Secondly, a lot of your work lacks structure, do you start with guidelines? They're amazingly useful as they allow you to plot out poses and make sure that you keep features in line and it helps with proportions.
You've got a good start, I hope to see more from you.
And if you haven't already, try signing up with a mentor, it's a great way to learn and to get to know folk.

And don't compare your art to that of others, at least not too seriously. It'll always end in heartache. There will always be someone better than you and someone better than them, and then there's the issue of differing styles. So try not to let the work of others get you down. Learn from it if you can but know that your art is yours. You'll improve at your pace and your style will grow and it will be right for you.

Yes it was for fun. I stink at human bodies. Hence I only do headshots for avi art lol. Sometimes I just get urges to draw so I did lol.
