I just had to post this, because I thought it was funny. Think what you like about my mom's opinions or mine.

Me: That "Black Tirade" video was so weird! It's funny that they had the fat guy take Gerard's place. The jacket was waaay too small!
Mom: Well, seems fitting.
Me: Huh?
Mom: Gerard's a little on the chubby side himself. I'm surprised he can actually do his parade jacket up.
Me: ...
Mom: He was one of the fat kids in high school, I bet.
Me: Um...you're actually right. I'm gonna go now. *thinks*

Anyways, I've noticed that Revenge-era Gee is kinda chubbier-looking than BP-era Gee.(Just compare him in the Helena vid to the WTTBP vid. There's a distinct difference other than hair.) Did he lose a bunch of weight or something?

i think when he stopped drinking and all he lost weight.

I read somewhere that while Gerard was still drinking and doing drugs, his highest weight was 200 pounds. Put that on his short body frame. Yeah, not all that healthy- I'm glad he quit drinking.

Now all we have to do is get him to stop smoking...

200 pounds? Cripes, not good for a short guy like him.

I hope he quits. We don't want him to ruin his pretty voice!

Yes, on LOTMS it talks about his
being sober and clean and he talked
of how it took off some pounds.
For some people alchohol does add quite a bit..

The first time I noticed him being pretty pudgy was watching the making of the I'm Not Okay video.
Yers...

Nor die of lung cancer. That would be awful.

*thinks* Don't kill me for what I am about to suggest

You know, he always seemed like one of those "Live fast, Die young" types. Like one of those people that you just can't imagine getting old. I almost think he can't see himself getting old either.

Not that we don't want to see him live long (enough to be old and wrinkly?), but still...one cannot really picture a geriatric Gee.

Me neither! I've tried so many times to pisture him old, or even in his forties, and I just can't! It's so weird.

I just remembered something that relates...

Around '94, Green Day said that they probably wouldn't live beyond 30, maybe not even. And now, Billie has just turned 35.

Maybe Gee could survive being old/mature after all.

Well let us hope so. I want to show my kids Gerard on TV and say, "Lookit, honey. He was hot when I was your age, and he's still freakin' awesome."

same with the rest of them.
