Forget it, She already ruined it all. Feel free to delete this thread.
Thanks to those who tried to help. My parents are killing me. I swear, They're too protective, And I know its just because they love me, But I'm going to jump out of a window if they don't stop.
Why do I say this? I want to go the the my Chemical Romance concert when they come to Texas. I have good grades, All A's and a high B, I havn't been in trouble in a while, AND I've been very obedient. WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT!? My mom. Being the kind of person she is. Does not want me to go, So she tried to pull this crap about Wicked tickets she got me even though I already said my friend wanted to take me.
Oh joy.
Well, I informed her that I happen to have two hundred dollars. I can PAY for two tickets so SHE, Herself, Can take me. Still, She persists. "Do you really want to spend your money on a stupid concert?" Its not a stupid concert to me. -________-;
What can I say to make them let me go? Or, At least... I don't know... Understand that its not some stupid concert to me?

Explain to her that, while it may seem to her that it's just a silly little concert, to you it is a very important event, and that it would mean a lot to you.

Well parents are usually like that. My mom was like that also. Then she soon realized how much MCR meant to me. If I were you, I'd try to let her know how much MCR means to you, and that going to that concert is something that you will remember untill the rest of your life. That's why my mom let me go. Or maybe she doesn't want you to go because she wants you to be safe. Maybe you should ask a couple of your friends to go with you.

I'm sorry, my parents are like that...but worse.
My mom won't even let me listen to MCR. (I do anyway)
She won't let me go to a country musician concert, let alone rock concert.

My dad was the same way at first...but to convince I looked at him straight in the eyes and said "Dad...just so you know, I would seriously like...sell a kidney or both of them if I had to to go to this concert. These guys are my heros and I'm going."
So he said I had to bring my friend Caitlin and that he'd drive me 3nodding

my parents let me go. They don't like mcr but they let me go. I would use the "they saved my life! What did you do to save me?!" but that won't get you anywhere. I never tried it tho and I think I would win.

I'm glad my mum understands how much I love those guys. I wasnt supposed to go to any form of concert until I turned 18. Well... my first concert was when I was 15 and that was on the 29th of Jan this year 3nodding If you love MCR, let your mum see that love.

Don't over react, your mom will see you as immature then you deffinatly wont be able to go.
Explain to your mom in a calm rational way how important this is too you...either that or just by the tickets and stuff her either all....its gotta be hard not having a mom or even parents who love you so much they weont give you a little freedom....just do the responsible thing, discuss it through rationally she'll understand by the end.

Well I have my license so I was allowed to go as long as I paid for the gas and the parking and of course the ticket.
But even if I couldn't drive, my mom knows about some of my issues (depression, attempting certain things, etc) and if she thinks my depression would be a bit better due to seeing the best band ever, she'd let me go as long as I bought the tickets or paid her back later for them.

And I even got her to let me bring one of my friends alone.
Like ever one else says, just talk to your mom, and let her know that this would mean alot to you.

Well. Thank you. But... Did I mention that my mom's going with me if I can go to the concert? So I'll be supervised. And a bunch of my VERY best friends are going, So even if something goes wrong and she's not there for like, A minute, They'll be there.
I HAVE talked to her. "Mom, Please? I got really good grades, My friends will be there, And I'll even pay for the tickets. ANYTHING to see them in concert." Pause. "Sorry sweetie, But we can't afford the tickets with all the new furniture and the Wicked Tickets." [[ I decided to over look the fact that she ignored me ]] "I'll PAY for the tickets. Both of them. I really want to go. It's a really big thing to me!" And then. As usual. She decided to ignore me and talk about something else with someone else. -_____________-;;

I hate it when parents do that. Fortunately, my parents don't do it all that often, but they do it enough to annoy me.

That really sucks. I wish there was something I could say to help you, but I'm afraid not ... because I've always been allowed to go to concerts, so I've never had that problem. Hell, I went to my very first concert (that was a Westlife concert) alone with a friend of mine (which was a year younger than me) when I was twelve.

Aw,
sorry love. ]:
You're not the only one who got ripped off.. I had floor tickets...but a realllllyyy close family friend of ours had gotten in a car crash with her daughter... She died the next morning..
Heh...its funny how things can turn out so wrong.. I was supposed to be the happiest girl in the world that day..instead I was the most miserable girl in the world. :]
