i need help to find a topic for a childrens book i gotta do in language arts.

like what it should be about
so far my ideas are:

eating your veggies
fun in the sun

thats it
but they suck
i want other peoples opinion on what it should be about
also it has to be something that is informative or pursuasive
but entertaining for a child
(or something like that sweatdrop )
