Spot is awesome and Janeway's dog is cool, but I am going to have to agree with blbb(who happens to be my mom biggrin ) and say that Tribbles are awesome. As for Archers dog, an emoticon is all I have to say: burning_eyes

I think for me it's a toss up between Spot and Porthos.

I partiucularly love the episode where Data asks Worf to take care of Spot and Worf just replied "I will feed it."

They both definitely qualify as pets. I agree on your love for Worf's answer to Data. He also carried the cat so hilariously!!
