Full Metal Alchemist is sometimes gory.
Hellsing is full of gunslinging.
Le Portrait de Petite Cosette is full of gore and horror.
Naruto is always fighting.
idk i don't watch much of variety lol i'm boring xd

Hrm....I think Elfen Lied is pretty gory, but since that has already been said I will go with the first one to cross my mind which would be, Utawarerumono, cause well, it is an anime with a lot of wars in it. xd

The most gory I've seen would have to be... Battle Royale.. It freaks me out how violent it is. mrgreen

I've only seen the first episode, but as others have been saying, Elfen Lied has to be the most gory. I mean, in just the first couple minutes a naked girl is walking around asploding heads with her MIND! Like... Galerians...
