Whoo! Starting a serious weight loss programme. my mini goal is 170 by my birthday, 130 ish in the long run. I've know that I was overweight dsince I was 9. I have always been the biggest kid in class, except for this year, because of high school. >.< So here's my log, with updates on Fridays!

Goals!
Mini goals:

190-mar 1 MET!
185-april 1goal NOT met
180-may1NOT met
180-june 1
170 -july 15
...i haven;t quite set goasl for the rest yet

WEIGHT LOSS REWARDS FOR SELF!
1st 10 lb - Sgt. Pepper's lonely hearts club band album
1st 20 lbs- flip flops!
GOAL MET OF 170!- a nice skirt =D

LOG DAY #1 - Friday, January 26
Height-5'9".5 ish
BMI - 28.9
Current Weight: 195.5 lbs
Goal this week: no more soda, and a loss of 5.5 lbs.
long term goal- Get down to 170 lbs by My Birthday (July 15) mrgreen
Excersize- 2 karate classes and 2-3 hour long gym classes a week

...and it begins 4laugh

Goal this week: no more soda, and a loss of 5.5 lbs.
long term goal- Get down to 170 lbs by My Birthday (July 15) mrgreen
Excersize- 2 karate classes and 2-3 hour long gym classes a week

Current weight: 194
Goal this week: excersize everyday
excersise: 2 karate classes, 3 gym classes and one swimming class

excersise: 2 karate classes, 3 gym classes and one swimming class

Current weight: 192.5-191 i'm not sure
Goal this week: get my BMI down to 28 (189.5 lb)
excersise: 2 karate classes, 3 gym classes and one swimming class...and about 20 mins of walking to the bus stop every day
Total loss: 3-4.5 lb

twisted haha. i decided that when i've lost 10 lbs, and the weight has to be like that for 1 week, then i shall buy myself an awesome new pair or earings ^_^ or maybe a pair of shoes... or a skirt...

...bad week for eating, binged all week gonk
