I was really pissed of by this. I don't find it funny. First of they are making fun of a controversial event. Second, why do they have to use My Chemical Romance in a sketch? They are making a mockery of everything we stand for and love.
It just ticks me off. That is ridiculous. MadTV can go to hell. Just for a laugh? That is the stupidest thing I have seen in a while.
Not a lot pisses me off. But attacking my favorite band. The band that I really connect with, something that really makes me feel not so alone anymore... that makes me mad. It was uncalled for. The band didn't do anything wrong. All they ever wanted was to help people. Not get a laugh.

opinion?

I agree with every thing you said, Aurora.

I hate it. Plain and simple. Maybe I shouldn't, but I take offense. That was horrible, and I'm so pissed off now.

I know I'll probably get some bad replies about this, but I thought it was hilarious. I know MCR is my favorite band and I know MadTV were poking fun at them, but they weren't, like, bashing them. I don't know if you guys know this, but MadTV does this kind of thing all of the time. The fact that it's MCR who's involved in the joke doesn't seem like a good reason to form a lynch mob and storm the studio. I positively adore My Chemical Romance, but I mean... come on. If I can laugh at parodies of other bands and artists, I'm not not gonna laugh because MCR are the ones in the spotlight. I'm actually proud of MCR for being big enough that they would be parodied anywhere, let alone on MadTV.

(and you gotta admit, they did an incredible job with the uniforms and the backdrop)

I hated it. Why? Because it wasn't funny at all, it was just retarded and not very well thought out. God....this video really pissed me off.

Don't take this offensively guys: MadTV does this s**t all the time, and it's always harmless. It's just like SNL and South Park. They make fun of every religious group, fat people, skinny people... whatever xD

I hated it, especially how they made Gerard fat, because he did used to be, as he put it "the fat kid" and it made him feel terrible. Poor Gerard. cry

Take it easy guys! It's MAD TV, their job is to make fun of everything! They really don't have anything political to say, they just make jokes. That's all... loosen up, I thought it was pretty amusing.

Again, it's MAD TV, no one should take them too seriously.
