does anyone here recognise blackist as a style and or state of mind?? it is like goth but not to the full extent

...you'll have to go into a deeper description of whatever "blackist" is if you're going to get any real responses.
Also, whether or not it's "like goth" depends on what people think goth means. You'll have to define what you consider "goth" to be if you want us to understand "blackist's" relation to goth.

If I'm right you're referring to the new trend in Japan... from what I understand its a fraction off the gothic style. Kind of like the whole cyber-goth thing that was a major trend in Tokyo a few years back. Cyber-goth is just now becoming a big thing in the States but I've only heard people mention Blackist without the ability to explain it.
*Cyber-goth is where you have accessories or clothing that make you appear to be part cyborg. (robot/android whatever it's the same thing)
