Hi,my name is Kai,I am not trying to lose weight but help and support others who ARE.. I have some helpful hints to get that perfect look..


1. If you see something the LOOKS yummy,dony eat it if you are not hungry,doing thisis mainly why people gain weight,

2.dont just buy food to eat because everyone else is doing it,if your not hungry dont eat

3. your more likely to eat more if there is alot on your plate,start with a little bit of food,you can always get more if you are still hungry

4.never eat everything on the plate at a resturaunt,,, the give you a ton of food,ask for a take out tray and put half of the food in it,remember you can always take more,but you cant take it away

5.ONLY give yourself a little treat like sweets or something ONLY if you have lost some weight,dont treat yourself if you havent done your part.
