My favorite Manga ever! It used to Prince of Tennis, but Deathnote is better! Anyone else like it?

Yes...I find Deathnote to be very well drawn, and the story is marvelous. It's a very good manga. I would recommend it to anyone...

I was recommended Death Note recently, and it's become my new favorite manga, even after reading through the entire series. However, I think the first half of the series is much better than the second half.

I personally find it funny that such a serious, dark manga is my favorite, and AzuManga Daioh also hits near the top of my favorite manga list. xd

There's 12 books. However, there's a 13th that was recently released in Japan, but it's side facts about the characters, not part of the plotline.

Same. Light was just so much cooler when he was evil and plotting against Ryuuzaki. I've stopped reading after Light's father died.... but it's still my favorite manga. heart

Death Note is quite possibly my favorite manga ever. Just the fact that there really wasn't any crazy melee fighting or teenage romance made me look at it closely. Not to mention it's actually an intelligent manga.

I love the fact that it actually requires a certain amount of thought to read. I think my favorite characters are Nia and L.
