Hello, I'm Grace but I insist you call me Rena. <3
I'm a sixteen year old sophomore in high school. I weigh about 150-160 at 5'3" something. [Oh god it's been three years and I'm still exactly the same. Dx My goal is to lose about forty pounds.
My reasoning is because it's just not generally healthy for someone of my body type, height and age to be that weight. Also I love to put together and make cloths, so it would be helpful for me to fit into my envisioned designs. (Which in all aren't that demanding.) My new goal is to reach at least 130lbs for Anime Boston '09.
I'm re-starting this thread because I need to discipline my a** into keeping track of my work and it was such a pretty thread that I really just didn't want to let it go to seed. Now with the DDR Challange [Do it, it's a good idea] I'll actually be on every other day and actually put something down. I'm going to be recording my weight, the foods I've eaten and my progress daily Which is why I'll be reserving the first page of this thread.

Now time for a sad story which makes up for my lack of change in the ridiculous time since this thread last ran. Just from putting on a centimeter or two and having my body , eh hem, mature I dropped to 140lbs and a size shmedium. And then I went to choice thru- educating street rats to become worse, had a mediocre summer and gained back 30lbs in the fast food they feed us daily. T.T [not to mention a picked up some bad partially illegal habbits. >.>] Anywho I managed to lose 10lbs before school starts but now I'm back to where I've been my whole dam life.

In this section I will put in all the little tidbits I learn to helpmyself and others in weight loss.

Things I need to work on.

.o1. Less junkfood and deserts.
.o2. More exorsize for longer.
.o3. Spelling. x3 lol. <3


Tips:

(Work out tips will be *'d wile diet tips will not.)

.o1. Find bowls the can hold only one serving size so you won't be temped to eat more then you need. (Pixplz coming soon)

.o2. If you're going some place where you know you'll be tempted to buy junk and don't need any cash for later, Leave Your Money At Home!

.o3. If your going to start watching the foods you eat take a long day to go food shoping, that way you can stock up on the healthiful foods you need and take the time to check the servings, calories and satfat.

.o4. If your going to start taking vitamins start taking them on a monday so you can keep track of the effects.

.o5. Vitamins - If your going to start taking them then wait at least a month after your diet starts so you can see if the effects are just for dieting or if they're really from the pills.

Morning:
Half a cartoon of school milk.


Afternoon:
Small ham sandwich and a few pringles + school milk.


Night:
Two slices of home-made pizza. [the Bread too.]

Individual school serving or Apple Jacks dry and a carton of school chocomilk.

Afternoon:
Celery stick with peanut butter ritz cracker and a De-yoked hard boiled egg + 2x school nuggets.

...Four cookies. x.x = I was punished again.

Morning:
1 serving of Fiber 1 cereal.

Afternoon:
Celery stick with peanut butter, a slice of home made bread and a De-yoked hard boiled egg. Pockey sticks.

Night:
Beef cutlets and a very small bowl of craft mac 'n cheese. [ that cheep Alfredo kind with skim milk]

In order, Dance class, 40 minuets of five full dances and stretching. [Yay for C-period!], Walking home 15min. DDR 409cal.

Morning:
Half a Yo-Crunch....the granola got soggy and I lost interest. xD

Afternoon:
3 thin sliced ham sheets on white bread, school chocolate milk, a pack of 100cal muscat gummi's.



......Then four double chocolate chip cookies.....I know I killed it but they were Ghirardelli and I couldn't help myself. x.x Bad Rena.

Night:
Small Bowl of Pasta with sauce and flavored with spinach.
OMG! Grace ate a vegetable, the worlds coming to an end. xD

During Chelsea Idol amoungst my fellow venders, half a split soda [seara mist light] MORE BAD! D<
and a cookie.
I couldn't help it the work made me hungery and thats all we had! D':

Vanilla Chi tea on the way home to warm me up. It was freezin'!
