Your parents.
If they want to implement a rule you don't agree with, I disagree with Tea on the "until you are no longer a minor" and substitute it with "as long as you are under their rules".
It has nothing to do with fairness, it has to do with parental discipline.
If you had chosen some less blatantly offensive comic strips, I wouldn't have been so adamant, but from your parents' perspective you seem a little like you're rebelling for the sake of it.

Hmm... just goes to show how much things have changed since I was a kid...
Back in my day, we had to walk up hill, 30 miles, to and from school... and they hadn't invented roads yet, they only had broken glass... and legs weren't invented yet eirther, so we had to drag ourselves with our tongues...

Ah yes.
I can see how those comics may be considered inflammatory... but being able to have any on your binder at all is a step forward from what was in some schools.
We weren't allowed to have any comics or stickers on our binders... everything was to be kept in the binder.
As far as parental discretion... it is a matter of taste... The fact that they let you keep the Pagan and Proud sticker was a show of at least acceptance, if not support for your religious inclinations.
