I like planning parties. I like being a good hostess. I like seeing people.

Well- there is a small get together at my place come the last week of October - First Week of November.

Welcome to the birth of Re-Con.

The thread is here so I can keep people up to date on the ebb and flow of social planning as things Manifest and Disintegrate.

With that in mind- I'm going to reserve a couple posts and then let those who plan to be in attendence ring in.

Confirmed Guest List:
Wing
Nuri
Davit
Niki
Deo
Fiddler

Party Spotlight
Snapshot: Sanctuary Halloween Party

The place that preserved my sanity as a teen I respectfully call Sanctuary on the forum.

Their annual Halloween Party includes black and white photography for those in costume, a treasure hunt, a potluck meal and good times

Party Spotlight
Snapshot: Candle lit party

Candle Lit parties were something of my youth. Good friends. Good music. The lights were off. Music played and we spent time chatting, laughing and joking.

The only important tradition was The Lime and the Coconut Dance- which involved one lime, one coconut, a bad song and the passing of the foul mixture amongst friends

Besides, no reason to worry, my financial strain is coming from trying to get the tickett, loaning a couple people their rent money, and the fact that Ren Faire is next month...
All self-inflicted burdens. sweatdrop

Thank you, I strive to be a responsible and honourable guest.
