Tatsuhiko Shido: The Night Walker, a vampire detective transformed by Cain hundreds of years ago. Now, he seeks to gain revenge against Cain and Cain's evil demonic hordes. He has a good and caring heart. He knows nothing of his past, as Cain took away his memories because he left him. In this RP he is slowly regaining those memories.

Cain: The vampire who turned Shido, a cruel man without compassion or care for the feelings of others. He views life as pleasure, and won't take no for an answer with anything. He may be beautiful, but he cares about no one but himself and his own pleasure. He loves to kill beautiful things, except Shido of course (he was his lover, but he likes women too of course; anything beautiful). There is more to him than meets the eye, which will be exposed in this RP.

Yayoi: The dark-haired woman who assists Shido in his nightly adventures, Yayoi is immune to the venom of a vampire's bite and cannot be changed into one of them. She often allows Shido to feed off of her if he's weakened. She continues to aid the fight against the Breed in the RP.

Riho: The brown-haired, young girl who works as Shido's secretary, for a good part of the series, she only think he's very eccentric and doesn't know he's a vampire. She's only in high school yet, but she's deeply in love with him. By the end of the series she has been turned into a vampire and now lives with Shido as his fledgeling(vampiric child) Cain used her image in a masterful illusion to show Shido what it felt like for him to lose Shido.

Guni: The little demonic fairy that hangs with Shido, gives him some advice here and there, or just cheers him up. She seems to live in his hair and has been with him longer than anyone other than Cain.

NightBreed: Demonic creatures of darkness that often stoop to possesing or tricking humans in order to cross over into the light. They come in various different shapes and sizes.

Shido took off his tophat and sat it before him on his desk. It had been very stressful lately....more Breed attacks...more 'dreams'. The lavender haired vampire rubbed his temples. ~Those dreams....are they memories? Or are they just that...dreams?~ He sighed and leaned back in his chair. Yayoi was at work and, since it was raining, Riho had gone to visit her parents' grave. It was just him and Guni. Shido poked the sleepy fairy on his desk. "Hey Guni. Come on, wake up." When she did not respond and merely rolled over, he sighed again and closed his eyes.
Cain shifted in his coffin. He had never really seen the point in using one and would have rather been in a bed. But, it couldn't be helped since everywhere else in the desolate mansion served as a reminder. "I have lost you....I have shown you what it was like....but yet..you despise me because of the monster I have become...." The blond vampire muttered to himself then went back to his slumber. ~Perhaps if I restore them....more than I have...~
