Heh, a few days ago I was introduced to someone my own age who professed to be an expert on it. I was rightly sceptical.

He not only took it in shots but also toyed with "black" Absinthe.

I've just just run a mile and a half (albeit with a call near the start from Illy and Gaulia) so to help calm everything I've some water chilling in the freezer for a good, very cold, glass of Pernod.

Which gives me an idea..
