The bands that people think that are emo
Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, etc.
But I wouldn't call them poser.

I hate Fall out Boy but I like MCR and also Hawthorne Heights.

1.Yellowcard
2.Trapt
3.Fall Out Boy
4.Good Charlote
5.Linken Park
6.Blink 182
7.Transplants
8.Seether
9.Evanescence
Well thats all that I can think of right now. Why do people think they are Emo?

TheBloodICry I hate Fall out Boy but I like MCR and also Hawthorne Heights. Hawthorne Heights is probably one of the worst bands around

Why do people think they are Emo? I agree with most of those... but I actually like Fall Out Boy, old Good Charlotte songs, some Linkin Park... the rest I don't really like stare

Most people aren't 'poser emo bands' because they don't label themselves as emo. The fans label them as emo.
So I am guessing you mean the bands that are falsely named emo.
That covers every band since 1995 that has been called emo basically. With a few exceptions. stare

Some people would say that bands such as Fall Out Boy are poser emo, but I would have to disagree. I think it depends on the lyrics, and its more of an opinion type of thing.

Why do people think they are Emo? see, those bands arent poser. its just that alot of posers listen to them. well, take that back. good charlottes poser. but OTHER than that. like my chemical romance, they consider themselves to be "pop punk." They are not poser emo. or even remotely emo. Its just the poser kids that listen to them that give them a bad name.
