They're more Power-pop then anything. I don't think liking a non-emo band should make you not emo. I like non-emo bands along with emo bands. I don't see how that could make me less emo. And, I think they're an ok band. I've only listined to 2 of their songs though. ninja

FOB is definitly not emo. Emo is Rites Of Spring. As I know FOB doesn't sound like them.
They are some powerpop band.

i saw somone call them sell outs, you shouldnt hate bands for getting more money... like green day...they are a lot more famous, they suck and think they are punk which is total bull, but thats not why i ahte them, they just suck.... fall out boy is NOT emo in any way...they are ok i guess somtimes, they are one of those bands that just became really famous all of the sudden i think its wierd, and same with hawthorne heights...hmmm...but HH is good.. anyway they are not emo, they are pop punk or...hmmm...yeah indie ish somitmes to...

They're like pop-ish. Everyone gets all RAWR when anyone saids they're emo... which I think is stupid, cuz some of their music could be considered emo or whatever. ((don't RAWR at mee ;_; ))
