The performance is already underway by the time you arrive. Even outside the building you can hear the throb of a deep bass line. A small crowd loiters near the front doors. At the entrance a troll asks to see your ticket. As soon as they’ve cleared you for entry, they stamp your hand with a shiny gold star, and usher you inside.

The first thing you notice is the noise. In addition to the cheers from the crowd, the audio is deafening. You can barely hear yourself think, much less carry on any kind of extended conversation. The inside of the venue is simultaneously dark and dazzling. The glitzy walls and floor glitter under the stage lights. The audience itself is a dark, shifting mass, occasionally highlighted in vibrant colours from the strobes.

The stars, Fellah and Seraph, alternate their performances. Periodically between sets, they remind the audience to donate for special rewards!

Event runs from Oct 26th to Nov 9th. Rollover is at midnight PST.

Enter the Mosh

Near the front of the auditorium is the deadly whirlpool known as the mosh pit. Anyone who gets too close risks getting sucked in. It’s a place where the strong survive and the weak get trampled, so watch your step. However If you’re hardcore enough, or just plain lucky, you have front row seats (metaphorically speaking) to get something nice!

1: The crowd overwhelms you, and thrown to the floor you’re nearly crushed underfoot!

2 - 3: You nearly trip over a troll passed out on the floor. Yikes! That could have been you!

4 - 8: You are buffeted around helplessly in the crowd. You feel rather like a butterfly trapped in a hurricane.

9 - 10: An alarm blares and suddenly Caterpal squeakies rain down from overhead. You manage to catch one!



11 - 13: Even though it’s a mosh pit and not a dance floor, you show off some seriously killer moves. Hopefully without actually killing anyone.

14 - 15: Much to your surprise you find yourself lifted off the ground and soon riding the crowd. The experience is both thrilling and terrifying.

16 - 19: You buddy up with a group of friendly trolls and have a good mosh before you’re exhausted and have to retreat.

20: The t-shirt cannons are out! One launches towards you at maximum velocity, catching you in the gut. Score? Score!

Bidding Game

Throughout the evening, employees will be taking donations for the fundraiser. There are numerous booths erected around the auditorium with trolls standing by with tally sheets and jars for beetles. They keenly remind you that prominent donors will get the opportunity to have their picture taken after the performance.

[ Roll 1d6 per day. Donors who reach a final score of 30 or higher are guaranteed a photo session with either Seraph or Fellah (this is for flavour purposes only, though PRPs are available upon request). The two highest scores will also receive fully coloured art of their trolls from Green. To keep things fair, only one troll per player! ]

Lucky Shot

At the back of the auditorium, raised above the dance floor is the glamorous bar, Seventh Heaven, and seating area, where thirsty audience members can rest and rejuvenate themselves. It's far enough from the stage that customers can talk without needing to shout. Various themed mixed drinks and refreshments are available for purchase. The food selection is more limited, but looks spectacular. The menu is on the pricier side, but it’s for a good cause, right?

[ In addition, for every drink a troll purchases, they receive a token with a number printed on it. Every seven days a troll will be RNG’d out of the participants to win a special prize. Each troll may only purchase one drink per day to prevent from overdosing on sugar. Art by blackbird cake! ]

He couldn't have been prouder at how things had turned out. Upon entering the venue, Cerpin had done nothing but grin and marvel at Autumn's success and great taste. The place looked fantastic and was full of lots of interesting stuff. Pushing his way through the crowd, he nodded at and greeted any familiar faces he saw until he found the girl herself.

"Well well, there she is! What a ******** awesome party, Autumn. Check out the view!" Lifting her to his shoulders, he charged forward into the mosh pit for a little while, hopping to the beat and singing along until he was properly tired out and retreated back out.

Caiden was, of course, at Autumn's party thing.

Usually, Byakko did her best to avoid these sorts of events. Events with music, and brightly coloured drinks, and lots of flashy lights. It was a frivolous use of time- especially now, mid-mission. But usually, it wasn't one of the Pheonix Initative members throwing an elaborate performance, nor was it actually in benefit of the rebellion. It left her with a tinge of smug satisfaction; having her operatives blatantly milking beetles from the military right within the walls of their base.

She relished in it.

At least, until she stepped inside and was slapped upside the head with what she would describe as 'overwhelming noise'. Akko winced underneath thick framed glasses, pressing herself to the walls. She made her way around the edge of the crowd, peering around with great interest. It awed her, what Autumn and Cerpin had pulled together so quickly.

Opting for the quieter raised bar above the dance floor over the risk of being caught up in the pit below, Byakko approached the front counter, scanning the menu. A poster on the back wall caught her eye. Aah. She already had a signed photograph of Autumn from Superstar- how nice would it be to have a memento from this event, too?

She was disappointed to realize it was a limited prize, and even more so when she realized she needed to shell out beetles to enter for a chance to win.

She'd have been more irritated if it wasn't just so darn clever. And ultimately working in her favour.

Regardless, Byakko pulled out a small change purse and fished out enough for the most humble of drinks. Thanking the server, she took her bright blue cocktail and went to sit on a bench lining the back wall, staring down through the railing at the crowd below.

"Help! Aieeeee!" A voice cried out from the sea of trolls. A redblood had somehow gotten dragged off the ground and tossed to the top of the crowds, passed around from place to place. Completely unprepared for a moment like this, Tevini struggled to try and regain some kind of balance or composure unsuccessfully. Why was this happening!? All she'd wanted was to come support Autumn's show!

"-down! I'd like to get down!" Her voice cut in and out with all the loud music.

Ⅱ Autumn Vikare

Autumn lingered at the edge of the dance floor where she had amassed a small crowd. She appeared as radiant as ever, and of course in her element. She greeted troll after troll, making small talk with each of her guests, directing dance-weary trolls to the bar for a drink, and coyly reminding everyone to donate when the crowd pressed in too tight.

In the midst of welcoming a blueblood, Autumn heard a familiar voice over all the noise. She turned her head to see a purpleblood rushing towards her. Autumn's eyes lit up and she fluttered her wings. Her feet lifted off the floor. “That means a lot coming from the king of clubs,” she said with a laugh. Suddenly, before she react, Cerpin lifted her onto his shoulders and charged off into the pit. Autumn gave a parting wave to her protesting audience. “Bye~!”

Byakko kept telling herself the only reason she was returning this night was to do reconnaissance. Look out for suspicious activity. Keep Autumn safe. Make sure nothing hiccuped. Do her job.

But really, she only skulked around for a few minutes before beelining upstairs, ordering another relatively inexpensive drink. Akko clutched her second token with inward delight. Worth it.

Cerpin was on fire. He was loving this event because of the benefits it would give the Phoenix Initiative sure but also just for the chance to dance with a bunch of strangers at a kickass party. It wasn't as wild as one he would've thrown back at Underworld but he supposed it was better to play it safe for the grand opening of Elysium. There would be plenty more chances to lead Autumn to a life of glittery gluttony and overindulgence like he enjoyed.

"Louder! Make it louder!" He cheered, pumping his fist in the air to the beat. Spotting another troll dancing like crazy in the crowd, he steered towards them and showed off a couple of moves to impress in a dance duel of sorts.
