:[Naiadpalooza Flaffle]: Umbri

Welcome to our Umbri! They are a subspecies of Naiad but are unable to don legs on land or claim a power (unless given a power scroll). Instead, these new subtypes have been given physical abilities in order to protect themselves. Along with these, we have listed a general temperament. They are your characters so they can behave however they want, but this is what is typical for the species.

We always know breeding is on the mind with new types, so as a heads up when these species are mixed the children will turn out to be whatever the mother is. On the other hand, pure breeds have a higher chance for more children! If paired up with species outside of Naiads, they will make a Naiad hybrid.

Racial Abilities: The ends of their tentacles are toxic to other naiad and pae, but not their own kind (peeing on the sting doesn't work, but you can try). This pain will be burning and painful, but won't render the user helpless.
General Temperment: Umbri like to just go with the flow. They're pretty laid back, like the Naiacorn, but seem to have a more realistic view of the world than those hippies. Umbri are known for getting along well with most others and keeping a cool head in stressful situations.

• If you win a Pae you have 24hrs after you're rolled in order to post your Pae in the certing thread to 'claim' it.
  
• If a Pae is not claimed within the 24hrs we will reroll a winner from those remaining.
  
• If you win a Pae you cannot gift it away.
