Location: Police Station ✦ Company: None ✦ Mood: Exhausted ✦ Wearing: This Li Jun had been in his office for some time, he had gotten there in the hours of the night, since he couldn't sleep in general. At some point he was going to pass out and at his desk. He reluctantly moved from it, making sure some of the papers had been placed in certain piles, before standing up and moving out into the hallway. A yawn escaped his lips as he moved to the front entrance of the station, no one had yet arrived. He knew they had a meeting today but his plan was just to go with the formal greeting and making sure everyone was on the same level. Though they had some warning signs, the warriors would focus more so on the outskirts of the city while they focused on the city itself.
Though the safety of the city seemed to be peaceful at this time, many of the residents had been restless. It had been to peaceful for to long, and he had felt the same. Now a sigh escaped his lips as he found himself leaning up against the wall waiting for his fellow co-workers to march into the building. He was sure that he'd meet the main crew, but he wanted to make sure they are all at their peak, though he didn't seem like he was.

Maybe it was her or was this day very long, and no she didn't have a hangover she hardly even drank anything this couple days. Well not more then usual that is. Her eyes scan her surrounding as she arrive at the police station a bit late, knowing she would had to tell them why was she late. Bar wasn't open or prefer not serve others, well it was too early for her to be drinking but what can she do, she is an Italian and was a heavy drinker. Not an alcoholic, just enjoy a good shot of red wine every single day. Anyways, entering Iris look around to see if anyone of her coworkers would come towards her and ask why this late before she waltz her her office and continued working on this case. Speaking about the case, Iris wonder why hasn't the doctor contact her yet. Are they very busy or did they forget, because if they did this could be a prolong the case and she will never get anything done. Sighing, she put her hands on her pocket and walk towards her office, trying to not get caught by anyone.
Ragna finally got to the police station, his breathing a bit ragged as he was smiling a bit, soon getting into the lobby of the police station. It seemed as though he would make it in time to his interview as he talked to the female at the reception desk. "I-I'm here for my job interview today?" He asked her before being pointed to the chairs nearby, only to simply nod his head as he moved to sit in them. He sighed and rubbed his face to try and calm his nerves while he was running the interview in his mind while his right foot was shaking a bit to keep going. "I need to keep calm." He told himself outloud while he sighed a bit, waiting for the Lieutenant to come out.
An hour had went by..... Ragna hadn't been called yet as he sat in the chair, as patiently as he could. He seemed to be slowly getting impatient as he looked around, his right leg bouncing rapidly like a small piston while he was trying to calm himself. 'Maybe this is a test? He thought to himself as he continued to wait, taking in a deep breathe before he exhaled. Another hour had went by, and this caused him to slowly get up, walking over to the lady as he asked her, "Is the police chief in?" He wanted to get a definite answer, but she told him to wait there and wait to be called in, slowly beginning to drive him slightly insane as he sighed and went back to sitting down.
Rubbing her left temple as the budget manager for the force droned on about the financial year thus far. Why did I agree to biannual budget meetings rather than annual meetings? The lieutenant wondered trying incredibly hard not to fall asleep during this snore fest of a meeting. Looking at the rest other members of the force that had to attend she couldn't help but wonder if this was perhaps some new curse. Standing suddenly after glancing at the time only to realize she had an interview scheduled hours ago. "Unfortunately that is all the time I can spare for today. Leave a copy on my desk, " with that Mavis made her was to her office. She needed this new officer's records if she was going to interview him.
Upon arriving at the receptionist desk, Mavis noticed only one person looked as if they'd been waiting for hours. Approaching with an authoritative step, the lieutenant offered a polite smile. "Mr. Rutherhari thank you for waiting, though I hope you don't get this ancie on stake outs." She commented suggesting the wait had been planned.
Ragna was getting a bit more anxious and worried before he heard the door open, causing him to look over to where a female stood. Her quip on him acting like this during a stake out was far from what caught him off guard, causing him to clear his throat before he spoke. "I-It's um... Rutherhart." He spoke before he came to a stand and bowed politely towards her. "Greetings Lieutenant, and thank you for giving me this chance for an interview." He told her, doing his best to be as professional as possible while he stood up straight once more, smiling at her. "How was your morning?"
A few hours had passed after entering the Lieutenant's office before he walked out, smiling before he walked out of the place. "I'll see you tomorrow Lieutenant." He told her, having passed that interview, somehow, and was on his way home. He wanted to tell his brother how it went, and mainly now they would finally have a form of income to better their current place of stay. For now, he still had some cash so he made his way to try and find the nearest Pizzeria or food joint that he could get some grub at to share, even if it's cheap for now.
Victor's search for the police station took a long time, just aimlessly walking down streets in the town and searching high and low. However, he found out it had all been for naught when he finally mustered the courage to speak to someone else. The police station was not even in the town itself, rather it was nearby to the town.'Why would they not have the police station in the town? Doesn't it mean they are slow to respond to threats then?' Victor thought to himself. It was a major flaw in his eyes to have it be so far from the people it was there to help. 'Thats because it is pointless my dear Victor. I told you what happened last night. The police are powerless here.' Darya said in her usual sweet voice. From what she had heard of the events, the policeman in charge almost died taking the person in. The police were completely lousy and pointless in her mind. Victor didn't say anything more, knowing Ragna had joined the police force, but after the events of last night and the location of the station, he was having a hard time trying to counter her reasoning. He just sighed, hoping maybe with Ragna in it it would be better.
Victor arrived at what appeared to be a minimally occupied police station. Outside there were only a few cop cars, and as he entered the door the waiting area was just empty. There was a receptionist, the only reason he found out Ragna was still here, but that was it. He had asked the receptionist to alert Ragna when he wasn't busy, as he didn't want to disturb him during an investigation nor did he want to stand next to her and inconvenience her and Ragna just to give him food. Apparently most of the actual law enforcement officers were not in yet. He could see Darya's smirk in his mind, and at this point he had to agree with her. The police here did not seem to be the most punctual, which led him to further question what the point of having their station outside of the main part of the city. He soon shrugged the thoughts from his mind and took a seat in the waiting area. Its not like he could change it, and he didn't have to like it, as it just was the way things were. He kept his eyes glancing around the station, the emptiness almost as unsettling as if it were full. If there were criminals in town, they probably weren't worried.'Whats to stop them from attacking here then? If the station is this empty its so vulnerable...' Victor thought to himself, eyes now wildly glancing around for the appearance of a sudden criminal. When none came he slightly settled down, and focused his thoughts of why he was here. To give Ragna some food. He then remembered the bag he was still carrying, having forgotten it. Opening it, he started drinking some of his hot chocolate. It wasn't burning hot and it wasn't cold, so he enjoyed the taste of it as he awaited the appearance of his adopted brother.

Ragna continued to walk with her as they left the cells,heading for the door as he heard her statements and smiled a bit. "That's good to know at least. The fact you're pushing for a new life here is saying alot about you." He told her with a smile before he heard her question. It caused him to rub the back of his head nervously. "Well... before I died in an accident, I used to work at a burger king."
