[Sabia is pending a cert for Reaver. This meeting happens prior to Zjarri Fol going on her Viking w/Bousvor.]
Zjarri Fol had just finished her encounter with Bousvor, the Captain with whom she planned to leave with the following morning for her first Viking. To say she was excited was an understatement! Now her excitement had doubled, she was invited along for another Viking. The blue lioness was ready to bounce around, but instead kept her self calm, cool and collected. Rumor had it that the individuals coming along on this Viking were much older than her and so she felt like she needed to put on a much more adult appearance. As she approached the appointed meeting place she took in her sightings. There were now a total of 3 lions here, at least 3 that stood out among the others.
The first, she noted, was a green fem. There was nothing incredibly note worthy about her, that stood out to Zjarri. But the second one she saw she noticed all of the decorative items that dressed him. Where had he come from to gather such items? He must have been from outside the pride at one point, in fact perhaps both of them had. The third was also dressed in plenty of decorative items, though they appeared more deadly.
"Today is a good day to die."
The blue lioness decided it would be a good way to begin their meeting. Zjarri Fol remained standing at this point, she certainly didn't feel comfortable enough to sit among these individuals and make herself appear smaller. "Hm?" The red lioness exchanged a look with the smaller blue lioness. Sabia`Deimos had heard rumor that the blue lioness had already found another Viking, one that would be happening sooner than this and with the Captain Bousvor. Why was she here as well? "You'll be attending this as well?" Her voice trailed off and her strong, confident golden orbs remained glued to Zjarri who took a moment to clear her throat and appeared to gather herself up a little bit. "Yes." Was all she said, but suddenly decided that may not have been enough. "My name is Zjarri`Fol."
The red lioness removed her golden orbs from the younger fem and glanced between the others that gathered. She wouldn't provide her name, not now and if she had her way, not ever. It was a fact that Vikings were a group activity, this didn't tickle her fancy, not in the slightest bit. So for now she tolerated the idea of working along side others. Others that would find out in a few days just what type of girl she was.
"What are your names?"
Zjarri held her breath a moment, nervous that she was instigating the conversations among older lions. But if she didn't push herself now how would she ever become Captain!

Curare looked at the two who spoke up from the group. Her gold orbs looking at the few of the others who would be joining them. Some looked like they had gone out a few times and a few looked a bit green behind the ears, like herself. The green female padded forward towards the blue female. "Well Zjarri'Fol... you can stay out of my way." She growled.
It was the other female, the one who didn't speak much, that made her skin itch. Not like she hated the other on first glance but she felt challenged by the other. She looked strong and that always made her want to fight. Not yet. She needed to study this red fem, learn her moves, understand her.
Moving just past the female she walked up to the dark male. Staring at him. What was a blind male going to be able to do on a Viking anyway. "You should stay here. Watch some cubs. You'll be useless out there. Bumbling about like an idiot."
Cythraul was still fidgety about this whole thing. Maybe it was just the different feeling of running with others of the Myrsky Syntynyt when he had once been a pirate. Not that it mattered now unless someone were to bring it up, he was Stormborn now and he should be putting his past behind him. Upon the question of their names he spoke up.
"Name be Cythraul." He said. He really needed to be around more vikings... get rid of his pirate accent. "It be a great day ta die." Agreeing with the blue female.
When the green female came up to him he looked at her dead in the eyes. What was the point in trying to trick others in his group into believing he was blind. That was for enemies.
Though he growled at her, "I see ya just fine. If ye be thinkin' I cannae be holdin' me own. Ye be wrong." This female was going to get on his nerves... he could tell. Need to keep an eye on her feisty spirit.
That's when he heard a flutter of wings and a familiar squawk. "Ah me faithful companion. Ye be joinin' in on this?" Seemingly forgetting the annoying green female. He'd remember the blue female name though, Zjarri'Fol. Pretty.
"Of course I'll be joining you." The dark raven squawked at her lion friend. Silly Cythraul. She remembered when she teased him about his pirate name and now here they were among Vikings! Oh how times had changed but this was home. "Branderyn for anyone wanting to know my name!"
Happily perched upon the dark male's shoulder surveying the others. She already didn't like the green female that she had overheard trying to intice her friend. Didn't really know what to think of the red female yet, and was glad at least the blue female seemed friendly. The others of the group seemed to mingle with each other.

Zjarri`Fol brandished much more confidence when the greetings were aside, certainly the green female had acted tough, but acting tough and being tough were two entirely different things. She'd witnessed many a lion/ness react toughly to a situation than crumble when things came to be. So for the time being she paid no mind, but kept the actions in the back of her mind. Should she ever want to become a Captain these were the types of things she would have to watch for.
When the green fem spoke to the male both other females glanced in his direction. Neither had noticed his eyes, nor had they assumed such things. Blind? Sabia smirked slightly when the accented lion remarked on his eyes. The group was amusing to her thus far, though she remained silent. They seemed to pick on one another, nothing so aggressive as to start a fight, but enough to deter friendship among them.
Unless one of them grew fond of the male.
At that thought Sabia gave a giggle, one loud enough for the others for sure, however she cared very little. Had she been else where she would have encouraged a battle, encouraged some rough housing, alas they were mid pride and were preparing to embark on a journey. There would be time for fighting later. When the red lioness glanced over at the blue lioness she saw that the younger fems pale pink orbs were staring at her in wonder. "Something amusing?" The blue lioness inquired innocently, to which she received a head shake.
It was about this time that a flap of wings could be heard over head. Then suddenly there was a companion, seemingly belonging to the male. "It's very nice to meet you, Zjarri`Fol." She repeated her name for the bird with a gentle voice.
"Does anyone know if the Captain had decided when we would be leaving?"
Since she would be leaving on a Viking the following morning she figured this Viking would be a couple days out. If not, than she would be unable to attend both and if she had it her way, which she would, she would be attending the Viking with Bousvor. His coaching ability for her was more than worth the time invested. But that would be decided at another time, for now she watched about her. There were plenty of others with them now, enough to truly begin a Viking.

Ah. So the green female was capable of words that weren't meant to intimidate someone.
Zjarri scoffed at the thought. Then suddenly noticed how closely their companion was getting to her. Though she wasn't entirely opposed to the thought of having someone so close she still got a touch nervous and decidedly kept an air of focus on him. "Well, Floki was smart in doing this." Her pale pink eyes returned to the green female who just seemed to be mad at the world which meant when the red lioness gave a chuckle that became her target.
Though she knew their Captain was good, perhaps decent. She was curious as to why he would have chosen this band - she understand why she had been chosen. Heck, Bousvor would likely vouch for her! Well maybe.. It was likely possible she was getting ahead of herself for that as well. Suddenly she was dragged back to focus.
"Do we have a problem?"
The red lioness, who appeared to have had enough of the stares was glaring at the green female. Sabia`Deimos wouldn't struck, no her intentions were much different. The words were dripping with disgust and were clearly meant to recognize the other as below herself. Sabia recalled the days of which she had control of a pride, alongside her mate and they had even captured a God! This small nonsense was nothing, but she figured the green fem wouldn't see it that way.
Zjarri`Fol took a step back and at this point, since she wasn't paying as much attention as she should have, she found herself bumping into the male.

Sabia`Deimos was amused by the sudden reactions. She determined quickly that the green lioness was either younger than her in general, or younger than her mentally. The red lioness' external demeanor didn't changed as she was verbally assaulted by the other, in fact a small smile played at the edge of her lips. The smile displayed the fact that she saw this more of an entertaining thing than a threatening one. If only the green lioness knew. Not that Sabia was invincible, but she prided herself on being formidable.
During the whole scene and even time after she had remained quiet. This stirred something within the blue lioness and it wasn't anything like the two before her. She was concerned, primarily for their viking and how that would go. She needed these to be successful so that she could be successful. Tearing her from her own thoughts and concerns was the male, his voice was but a whisper, only meant for her ears. She looked to him with a small, shy smile. "Some troubles? You mean enough trouble. At least enough to warrant 'losing' a couple bodies during a viking, y'mean."
The blue lioness blushed lightly at her use of the 'y'mean'. She supposed that his own speech was rubbing off on her, in a good way. The sound was appealing to her, the way his words just seemed to flow. Calming herself down she listened to the pair speak - Branderyn then Cythraul.
"I sure hope that isn't the case. Though if they did you think they'd let us go on our Viking without the pair of them?"
Her words were said with amusement, again in a whisper though - she didn't want to antagonize the situation already more than it was.
