She had been sulking since the last battle at the Haunted House ended with a complete loss to some strange human. Gzifa had thrown herself back into training in the tower, hacking at all the target dummies until they were reduced to piles of wooden shrapnel. As one would expect, the rest of her clansmen were not very pleased, though rather understanding.
And so while she had been sent out tasked with the job of getting wood for the dummies replacements, she found herself wandering back to the school, a part of her hoping that she would somehow get lost and end up at the Haunted House once more. Except all she had done was land herself in some of the student's classes, taking part in them without much objection.
She wondered what kind of lesson she would end up in next as she trudged down the hallway, glancing at the walls for something of interest.
Visiting the human world, this one said. Gzifa peered at the notice, unable to decipher the writing on it but thankfully the pictures carried the idea across.
Well, why not.
Unfortunately, all dreams of going to the human world on a rampage and causing chaos and havoc were quickly shut down by the Professor in charge. At least they were willing to let her visit, perhaps unaware of her true identity as a horseman bred for murder. Furrowing her brows, she scrawled her name on the papers reluctantly, though she knew it was most unwise for her to do anything that might offend the people of Halloween for now. The Apocalypse would happen on another day, she reminded herself.
Passport in hand and invisibility granted, Gzifa found herself in a small town in the suburbs, rows and rows of festively decorated housing stretching down the street.

Quote: 8: There's a strangely lettered and numbered board that the humans are sitting around. You decide to move the little plug around on them, and spell out fun words. It was hard to tamp down on her instincts to throw off her disguise and begin the slaughter, but the horsewoman restrained herself with much effort walking down the street past the darkened out houses. This one seemed to be occupied, she observed, stopping at the porch to look at the light coming from the house ahead.
Creeping up to the doorstep, she quietly let herself in, taking in the smells of a festive meal.
...She was starting to get really hungry now.
Her intentions unmasked, she found herself drawn to the group of humans that have gathered around a mysterious looking board. The man seated before it was busy staring at something else, though his fingers would periodically press down on some of the keys. Gzifa squeezed her way through, taking a closer look at the strange item. Numbers and glyphs were ascribed to a button each, a few of them she could recognize.
Ignoring the man completely, she reached out and began to spell her name.
“OI HOLY SHI- WHY DID YOU MAKE ME FLASH THERE?” the guy yelled turning around angrily to the people around him, having assumed someone amongst them had disrupted the gameplay. Gzifa back away as the tablet was slammed onto the desk, the man now in a fit of rage and swearing incoherently.

Quote: 3: A regular black cat meows at you from a window sill. Oh, whatever. The horsewoman made her swift exit from the house, stopping at the door to stare back at the cat sat on the windowsill meowing at her. So it could tell she was here? Gzifa patted the creature in praise of its intelligence. “Eat more, you're so tiny compared to our friends,” she scratched its chin, thinking about the large mounts her sisters and brothers rode.
Once it had enough, the cat got up and slunk away, disappeared back into the house. Too bad she wasn't allowed to take anything back, for that companion would be much better off with her, she mused.

Quote: 4: It seems people in costume are given free candy! You consider trying to get free candy, but you're a little too scared of getting in trouble to do it. Or perhaps you're just too lazy. Just next door, there was a gathering of small humans (even smaller than her!) waiting outside the house for something. Gzifa leapt over the fence, joining the crowd. For some reason they were all dressed up in outfits to look like those Halloween citizens, a thought which struck her as ridiculous. What was so appealing about those weaklings that the humans weren't they dressed up like the horsemen instead?
The door of the house opened to the excited yells and greetings by the small ones, a queue forming up to meet the adult human at the door. The horsewoman watched as each one was given a handful of candy to stuff into their little pumpkin baskets.
Ah... poor little ones, having to beg for food. Gzifa shook her head, disappointed at what she saw. When would they teach the young ones how to hunt? It's no wonder humans were all so weak.

Quote: 2: A cute little bat is trying to get into this human's house! You open the door and let it in. The horsewoman was starting to bore of this world, getting ready to set off as the last of those small humans collected their candy. A tapping noise behind had her pause and turn around, to find a small bat knocking itself against the window glass.
Poor thing. Gzifa opened the window, letting the creature in. She had already wandered onto the road when screams and shrieks erupted from the house, earning nothing but a disinterested shrug and a huff from the horseman of war.
