ffffff↛There was moments of the battle Phoebe seriously feared for Amirah's safety. Nysa looked vicious in the heat of the battle. She was so focused on the two pokemon, she almost didn't hear Chael's comment about... Lapdances? She had never heard of that, but it must of been an insult with how Faye reacted. Maybe it was something richer people knew about, that or people from bigger cities. The two seemed to battle verbally as much as they did with their pokemon. Suddenly, with a tackle from Amirah, Nysa went down. Phoebe was one of the students standing and cheering, though her's was from the fact that Amirah was still in one piece. She couldn't believe the tiny Eevee won, but she did! She turned to Ava, "Did you see that? Amirah and Faye actually beat Nysa and Chael!"
Later, the students made their way to the cafeteria for dinner. The place was buzzing with word of the battle, it was the first of the school year apparently. Phoebe sat with her new friends and relayed the events of the battle to them. Fireball seemed to be very busy eating his dinner with the other pokemon. After dinner was done, it was around the time for everyone to head back to their dorms. Phoebe carried the dozing Fireball to her dorm room, noting she was the first on there. She took advantage of that and went ahead and changed while Fireball made himself comfortable at the foot of her bed. She went into the bathroom and did her nightly routine before moving back into the room. Grabbing her pokegear, she shot a text to Ichiro. Hey, weekend is coming up, we should catch a pokemon then!
She thought for a moment before shooting a message to Maria as well, Hey, its Phoebe. Let's try to do that playdate tomorrow! It'll be a good way to celebrate the end of the school week.
Alana awoke in both a familiar and yet unfamiliar room. What was so familiar about it was that it wasn’t all that long ago that she had been here in this building, this school. Unfortunately, a dreadful occurrence happened a months ago. The girl was looking forward to a school wide, mandatory attendance at the Auditorium. Apparently something fairly big was supposed to take place but….her memory was a bit hazy at this point. Something had come down upon the girl that prevented her from attending to the Auditorium. It was thanks to Chespin that Alana found herself at the Nurse’s Office. How she had happened to have caught a strange virus was unknown to she and the nurse but it forced Alana back to her parents. The decision was quick and allowed no room for negotiation or any room for the girl to speak up. Thus, in the meantime the girl was at home recovering. If there was any bright side to the dilemma then it was that she was allowed to bring Chespin with her. It truly made a difference to have a companion by her side as she recovered. Another plus was that she was allowed to see the Daycare folks when the illness was almost entirely out of her system. Being able to play with old friends, helping out the Daycare folks, and bonding with Chespin really helped the two. You probably already knew what was coming, Alana had to go back to school. Thankfully the school was very understanding and was even nice enough to send the girl materials on lessons that she missed. Thus, the child was caught up with the other students but notes and materials could not make up the in-class experience. Thus, Alana and Chespin were soon sent back to the school once her health allowed it.
The girl was up and ready for the day, the uniform being adorned on her body once more. Everything seemed exactly the same except for a couple of key differences. She was no longer in the same room where she was originally assigned to, which was why this room was a bit unfamiliar. But to be fair the rooms seemed to contain the same structure. Alana had different roommates now, people she would need to eventually meet and greet with. Yet, Alana still had not overcome that shy aspect of hers so it was only fair that she was quite reluctant to speak with them.
Chespin, wide-awake by this point, turned the girl’s attention to the small package on her desk. The package was found the day before when the two arrived at school. However the two didn’t have time to open it up as they hit the hay right away. Now the girl quietly unboxed the box to find a couple of interesting equipment. Inside was a Pokegear, a Pokeball, and candy-like objects. It made her heart soar to see such items that she was quick to grasp the items in earnest. The child wanted to look through her new gear but didn’t want to potentially bother her roommates. Placing the items in her bag Alana and Chespin quietly headed out of the room in order to find a better place to fiddle with her new tech. {Exit Room}

She went off to her dorm at a somewhat faced pace. The girl had mixed feelings about making plans like that. It felt so out of character but she didn’t want to be inconsiderate of the people she had just met. It was frustrating sometimes! The girl wanted to stay in her world but at the same time she wanted to break free out of it. Was that wrong? Was she strange for thinking that? ”Am I strange?” Ponyta stayed by the girl’s side, for the moment it was behaving while it was heading into an unfamiliar building. The horse shook its head while keeping at its pace. ”Then, are they strange?” Glancing towards the Chespin the creature gave a shrug of its shoulders. The human gave a sigh at Chespin’s reluctance to answer the question or its inability to answer the question. ”I don’t know if there is anything wrong with me…” she muttered as she walked into her room. The roommate was not present which made packing a much nicer chore. ”Take a look around Ponyta…and please don’t burn or eat anything.” Ponyta made its way into the small confines of the room, wandering about the mysterious box. Chespin hopped off the girl’s shoulders and made its way to the bathroom. Taking the duffle bag from the closet she began packing another pair of her uniform along with her current pair of PJs. She was sure that she was going to be using her current pair of shoes but she brought along another pair of socks, underwear and stocking into the bag. ”What else do I need?” She looked around the bag and slide off the backpack. ”Hmmmm I don’t think I need any textbooks so I’ll leave those here…” Rumaging through the bag she decided to keep what was mostly inside. The trip itself was vague and she wasn’t completely sure what she was supposed to be preparing for. Glancing towards the closet and then back to the bag, she wanted to play it safe. Thus Alana began to stuff Autumn Outfit #1 into her bag just in case they didn’t need to bring their uniforms. Chespin came out with the shampoo, conditioner and other materials that may be required for the trip. ”Thanks Chespin, but could you bring the travel size? I think they may be under the sink.” It turned a 180 degree and marched right back into the bathroom. ”I think that is about it. So, Ponyta what do you think of my room?” Ponyta looked back towards the human as it concluded its tour. It just gave a puff of air from its nose as an adequate answer to her question. ”You might have to go back into your ball when we board the train. I think you might just be a bit big for it.” Ponyta turned its head to the side as it was dissatisfied with that answer. ”I’m really sorry Ponyta but I promise that I’ll let you out when there is plenty of room.” It looked back to the human and gave one more snort from its nose. Chespin came back with the travel size items to which Alana placed in her bag. ”Alright, it looks like we are ready.” Ponyta nudged the human’s bag, becoming attracted to some of its contents. ”P-Ponyta, you just ate…maybe there will be food when we get to the city.” The girl stroked the creature’s head to calm it down as Chespin rested on the bed. ”Chespin, lets get a move on. We don’t want to be rude and keep them waiting….If they even decided to wait for me…” She mumbled the last bit to herself while Chespin gave off a yawn. It felt tired and was not in the most energetic mood to go out and about. The human walked towards the grass-type as it looked at her with tired eyes. ”You worked really hard today Chespin. Do you want to rest in my arms?” Chespin gave a small nod as it was picked up by the girl and hugged to her chest. Being cradled had a nice feeling that the Ponyta wouldn’t be able to experience. ”What about you Ponyta? Are you tired?” It gave a shake of its head while using its head to point towards the doorway. ”Alright, lets go.” Alana said happily as they headed towards the Train Station {Exit}
