A location where pokemon live on campus but aren't available for capture. Caring and loving pokemon is one of the most important things a trainer can do, so come on by and play with the pokemon!
On the sign of the door were words that made the walk from the dorm to here worth it. 'Open,' they were good words considering that the girl had skipped an every morning meal to come here. It was actually one of the first things that came to mind when waking up in her new surrounding. The current surrounding wasn't too different from the dorm. The place was quiet, peaceful-like but that would change with a change in time. The doors were brown and the entirety of the building looked somewhat inviting but it was certainly took effort to look into the place. Thinking back on yesterday it took the whole day to become familiarized with the entirety of the school. Yet that wouldn't be possible if it weren't for the aid of maps scattered across the campus. Without the aid of such a mechanism the girl may have never been able to find this place. The place was surrounded by greenery much similar to the Day Care back in her hometown. They weren't the same as that much could be seen and heard as she entered through the front door.
Not a soul in sight when she entered even though the sign suggested otherwise. It was even quieter within the building than it was outside. Quite an unsettling sound when the building should be filled with all sorts of life with Pokemon and people alike. Though criticism wasn't why the girl was here in the first place. As much as she would want to have similarities between this place and the one back home there was no way that it could be. For one these two Day Care were in different regions but even with that in mind their function was completely different. This particular Care center was for the Academy and not so for current Trainers. Thus while this place couldn't be accepted as a authentic Day Care it was technically one.
Upon taking another step within the building a figure popped up. They appeared friendly enough with the adorned Pokemon Breeder outfit. "Can I help you?" The girl was quite for a couple of seconds. The person gave a puzzling look towards the girl. Looking her up and down the person could tell that she was a student but was curious why there was no response. "Are you here to pick-up your Academy assigned Pokemon?" With those magical words the girl gave a nod pieced with a very frail smile. The person gave a nod as they made themselves behind the counter. "Your name please?" "Alana Shusona," The person gave a nod while bending under the counter. Sounds of shuffling and moving items about were head. In that time the girl had made her own way towards the counter and peered over the edge to watch the person fumbling about. "Here you-Arhg!" The girl had clearly surprised the person as the face of the girl was suddenly upon their presence. The girl was not fazed upon the reaction of the individual as they began to regain their composure and straighten themselves up. "Well.....ummmm.....sorry about that," the person looked quite a bit perplexed that they were the one apologizing but regained their focus on the task. "Here is your Pokemon Miss. Shusona." The individual gave the girl a red and white ball. "If there is nothing else then I'll take my leave," the person left to the back as the girl held the ball within her right hand. The ball was smaller than her hand but with a click of the button it could grow double in size. Though that wasn't what the girl had done. Instead the student stuffed the ball within the pocket of the school uniform and walked out of the center.

Tera's pink hair messily covered her face with her grip tight on her knapsack as she sped in anticipation through the campus grounds. She was excited for so many reasons; she was finally receiving her long awaited first Pokemon and she was starting the school year. Nearing the 'Open' sign of the daycare center, she knew she was going in the right direction. She did come here the day before, so she had no doubt in her mind. She was so close!
Out of breath upon her arrival, Tera had to wait a good while, crouched, with her hands on her knees while she recovered before she could even speak to the person at the desk. Her attire untidy as ever complemented the now disheveled hairstyle she was sporting, prompting the individual in front of her to worry a little. "Uh... Are you okay?" The hint of concern in the person's facial features and tone made the short student rise sooner than she wanted to, so as not to worry her further. "A Ok, thank you!... Is this... the place... to pick up... my Pokemon?" She managed to say between gasps of air. The Pokemon breeder nodded in confirmation before asking the little girl for her name. After confirming her name, the breeder went to back to search for the Pokeball housing her assigned Pokemon. Upon rearriving back to the front with the Pokeball in hand, Tera's eyes couldn't help but glimmer in excitement. It was as if the tiredness she was feeling just moments ago never existed. "Here you go! You take good care of her now." The breeder said while handing the ball to Tera. "I will! Thank you so much!"
Without missing a beat, the pink-haired girl threw the ball in the air to see what Pokemon was housed inside. As the light faded, a small reddish/orangeish reptilian body with a flame at the tip of her tail appeared before her. "Omygosh! Yay! A charmander!" She shouted with glee, startling the fire Pokemon in the process who put her paws in front of her eyes in fear. Noticing the charmander's discomfort, she lowered her voice as she knelt down to face her. "Ah!, sorry about that. I get loud sometimes hehe... My name is Tera! I'll be your trainer for now on. It's nice to meet ya!" The lizard pokemon took a peek from her claws to see the apologetic face of her new trainer and decided to let down its paws to inspect the girl. Moments later the reptilian creature came close to her for a snuggle. "Hehe, that tickles!" As they were playing, Tera suddenly remembered something, some things actually. Her parents had told her that giving her Pokemon nicknames would deepen their bond. "Time ta name ya... Hmmm... Imma call you Flare!" She wasn't exactly a like flare, but when they intensely locked eyes she knew she just had to name her that. "And now we gotta skedaddle!"
And with that settled, they both ventured to the auditorium to meet up with Izumi and Altais for the opening ceremony. It looked like she was going to cut it close!

X⇒ LOCATION : Daycare XXXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH : By himself Sprinting down the campus pathway towards the daycare, Ichiro was glad he had stopped to take a moment to look over one of the directories that adorned one of the sign boards littered around the campus grounds. The directory illustrated different parts of the campus, and allowed Ichiro to plan out the fastest route for himself in his head while also giving him the time to consume the rest of his sandwich, which he had been choking down while sprinting across the campus like a fool.
Arriving at the daycare building, Ichiro cautiously stepped inside, inwardly praying he had made it in time. From the looks of it, the room was empty, which gave the boy an uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach. Slowly sauntering up to the front desk, Ichiro decided to ring the bell on the desk without hesitation. The worst that could happen was being scolded for arriving after the building's operation hours.
Within a few minutes, an Employee soon came to the front desk and proceeded to ask the blond what he needed help with. Ichiro quickly gave the person his full name and handed over his student card to confirm his identity and that he was there to pick up his pokemon. With a shallow nod, the person handed back his student card and retreated into another room, to shortly return with a small round pokeball. A rush of excitement washed over Ichiro as he realized for the first time that he was now being handed his very first pokemon. "Thankyou-thankyou-thankyou very much!" He abruptly spat out, his words almost sounding like excited gibberish. Gently he took the pokeball from the daycare staff member and held it in his hands, in complete awe. "This is my pokemon. My very first pokemon." He cried to himself before curiosity got the better of him. "I have to see which pokemon I got." Letting the pokeball leave his hands, he allowed it to open up with a glow of light which soon revealed a small green pokemon standing at his feet. Ichiro's eyes lit up as he looked over the lizard-like pokemon. "He's adorable!" He said aloud as he bent down to get a closer look at the pokemon. "Snivy?" The pokemon looked back at him curiously. Ichiro couldn't hold back any longer.
Ichiro quickly snacked up the pokemon as he stood up, giving the poor thing a strong huge as he spun in a circle where he stood. "You're the best pokemon ever! I'm so lucky to have a pokemon like you." He told his newest friend, who was trying to break free from his grip. Ichiro then turned to look back at the person who had given him his pokemon. "I promise to take great care of him and love him always." Ichiro exclaimed before realizing that he didn't even know what the pokemon was called, let alone what type it was. "umm... What pokemon are you?" He questioned the little pokemon as he then held the pokemon out in front of him, by its arms. The poor Snivy only continued to look back at him rather puzzled. The daycare employee soon explained to Ichiro that what pokemon he had was a Snivy from the Unova region and that it was also a grass pokemon. Ichiro couldn't help but feel even more excited at this realization. He loved grass pokemon more than any other type. They were the most serene type of pokemon and offered a great deal of beauty in both their form and attacks. Ichiro couldn't wait to train the pokemon for contests and become close friends with it.
"Thank you so much!" Ichiro soon thanked the daycare person before turning to head off out the door. He didn't bother to recall his Snivy as he stuffed its pokeball into his pocket. He let the pokemon cling onto his shoulder as he sprinted off for the auditorium.

The day had just begun with the sun still shining obnoxiously bright. Rosetta's bright green hair flowed in the wind and glistened brightly as the sun shone off of it. The feeling of fall enveloped the atmosphere as the leaves blew in the wind. She was to arrive at the day care and receive her first Pokemon. She came to this academy for the sole reason of bringing justice to the boy that took away her happiness.
She finally arrived at the day care and took a large breath. She had never encountered a Pokemon let alone own one. Rosetta did not know what to anticipate entering an area that she had never explored. She had no idea who her Pokemon was to be as it was assigned to her. She assumed they would pick a Pokemon to suit the applicant's personality but that was only a rumor to her.
She entered the day care to be greeted by a warm atmosphere. Surrounding her were Pokemon of all sorts of shapes and sizes. Vibrant colors and dull colors surrounded her. No one Pokemon was the same. She approached the front desk with a vibrant smile and had a prideful look upon her face. Her father told her to be a strong woman, one able to stand on her own. She was not used to relying on someone else aside from her father. Soon after her train of thought was interrupted with the assistant asking her to step forward to receive her Pokemon.
Rosetta took a fairly large breath and closed her eyes as she was soon to meet her destined partner. She could feel a familiar feeling. One she had felt long ago. She opened her eyes to see a crimson blaze surround her. The flames that had once ruined her father's dreams stood before her once more. She immediately took a step back and had a stern look of disapproval. She had no words to speak and could feel her throat close up. She silently nodded her head as she was told this was to be her Pokemon. The Pokemon was a bright orange lizard who had a tail that burned so brightly. Too brightly.
The Pokemon was named Charmander according to the assistant. The Charmander had a look of glee as it was going to be adopted by a new trainer. However to Rosetta she wished she had never walked foot into this room. She was consumed with hatred and wanted nothing to do with the small lizard. She was asked if she wanted to give her new Pokemon a nickname and she replied with a solemn look on her face, "No thank you. If you don't mind this young creature will be kept in its Pokeball at all times." The assistant seemed to be worried that the young Charmander would be abused, but she wanted to believe in the future generation of trainers. Rosetta however did not believe in herself. She wanted to trash the Charmander and walk away from this dream, but she knew this was the only way to recover her father. She took a graceful bow and took the Pokeball from the assistant's hand. The Charmander did not seem to understand what was happening as it still had the child like smile on its face. Rosetta wanted to let its flame die out, but she knew that would be the same as setting a fire. She walked out as a brand new trainer. Owner of the crimson flame.
