Two items will go on sale soon: the codex (120 pages, includes everything including new psychic powers, tactical objectives etc.) and a plastic Overlord with Warscythe and Resurrection Orb.

5th edition is dead.
Long live 6th edition.
...until they update the 6e codices to 7e, because it's the only place to go from here, and something tells me that they're not going to stop their monthly release schedule until everybody's got a 7e codex.
Hehe, Tau right now don't need any fixing, they're an excellent army that can compete with the best and hold their own. Though a reworked Farsight Enclave codex would be great, the fluff was great-ish, they just need to fix the army list itself and make the Infamous Eight more attractive to take over suit builds from the parent codex.

Probably not in tournaments, but in friendly play I don't see why not.
FW's Mechanicum is a Horus Heresy faction, which will require opponent permission and prepping if going up against a regular 40k army, seeing as the stuff from Horus Heresy is in some ways on quite a different level from regular old 40k.
