Natural Ability: Guide: This clan of Wisps has a very strong sense of direction - they are good at finding people, places, and things. This manifests more as an instinct than something they can pin down in words - they might not know how to get to a certain place when looking at a map, but if they pick a direction and get moving, they will usually end up at their destination.
Personality: Estel is aggressively friendly, sometimes even charming. Behind her loud and outgoing persona is a quiet desperation to be remembered, to be loved, to last somehow. She tries to stay tangible whenever possible, and she hates feeling alone. She is, if not 'alive,' still existing, and this fact makes just about everything seem wonderful to her.
Her lack of memories of a past life bothers her immensely. She feels like she has lost something extremely important to her and is constantly searching for anything that feels familiar or that she is predisposed towards or against, trying to analyze what her former connection might have been. Whoever she was in life, it seems that her former self had very strong feelings about nearly everything. Estel is constantly overwhelmed with extreme enthusiasm over the most mundane of things, and she has no idea why.
Afraid of losing her memories once again, Estel keeps very meticulous journal documentation of everything that happens to her. She is also a hoarder and has a very difficult time getting rid of anything she owns.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Estel is desperate for any information whatsoever to hold on to. She feels very ignorant, and she hates that. She wants to learn who she is, why she's here, and, ultimately, what to do next. The compulsion she feels to learn is so strong that she doesn't particularly care what she's taught.
FEAR: Scrying (Type: The Eye): As a guiding spirit, Estel is difficult to distract from what she wants to find. If her opponent is invisible, difficult to see, highly mobile, or otherwise concealing themselves, Estel has good instincts for being able to locate her opponent(s).
Physical Description: Eye Colour: Violet, occasionally glowing. Usually not glowing. Hair Colour/Style: Black and parted exactly down the middle, cropped a little below her chin. No bangs. Skin Colour: Pale. Clothing Style/Colours: She wears a seifuku-style school uniform in monochromatic black and white, with short sleeves - perhaps she was a student before she died. However, her socks don't fit uniform standard - long, thigh-high socks with horizontal stripes in bright rainbow colors. She wears the student skull pin attached to a white armband on her left upper arm, and a yellow hairpin shaped like a crescent moon in her hair. Extra: Petite, delicate build - might look even younger than her age. Five feet, four inches tall. There is heavy bruising around her neck, as if she was strangled. Even when fully tangible, she has an ephemeral look to her. References:
Hair style/color is basically like this. Here is a photoset of the type of seifuku I'm imagining her wearing, with the difference that everything that isn't white should be black instead of red/blue (so: black skirt, black around the shoulders + bow, white shirt). Her socks are... something like this. Crescent hairpin would be worn on the left side of her hair (to the right, as we face her, so the same side as the armband side). Crescent pin placement is probably the biggest difference from my Gaia avatar.

stats // HP // 40/40 attack // 2d8 -6 defense // 1d6 fear Can only use one T2-level Fear and one T1-level fear once per battle.
FEAR // Scrying (Type: The Eye, T2): As a guiding spirit, Estel is difficult to distract from what she wants to find. If her opponent is invisible, difficult to see, highly mobile, or otherwise concealing themselves, Estel has good instincts for being able to locate her opponent(s).
Dice: 2d4 First Dice: represents your Accuracy. xxxxx 1-2: Miss xxxxx 3-4: Success! Second Dice: represents how many turns the effect lasts. xxxxx 1: One Turn xxxxx 2-3: Two Turns xxxxx 4: Three Turns Effect: Target subtracts -4 instead of -6 to determine damage. If used and the ally uses a Fear, add +2 to the ACCURACY result/dice. If the Fear does not have an accuracy, add it to the total. Be sure to note this in your post and double-check any attacks made against you!
Sustenance (Type: The Chill, T1): Estel's presence can be soothing and inspiring to her allies, motivating them to stay on their feet for longer.
Dice: 5d4 First Dice: xxxxx 1-2: Miss xxxxx 3-4: Success! Amount Healed: Add up the remaining dice. Average Amount Healed: 10
learned abilities //
Beginner First Aid Difficulty level: Beginner Pre-requisites: N/A Battle Effect: Once per battle, a player may choose to roll a 4-sided dice. This is the amount that the player heals themselves or another target for. You forfeit your normal battle attack turn if you want to use this attack. Non-battle Effect: A character can heal small wounds or cuts of other players or themselves, and know how to do basic stitching.
Beginner Speed Boost Difficulty level: Beginner Pre-requisites: N/A Battle Effect: Once per battle, a player may choose to roll a 4-sided dice. Their accuracy is raised +1 for the next rolled amount of turns. For example, if I state this used effect and roll a 4, for the next 4 turns, my damage calculated is now -5 instead of -6. You forfeit your normal battle attack turn if you want to use this attack. Non-battle Effect: A character can obtain a small speed boost/ speed surge to seemingly "teleport" a foot, but it can only be used once without them getting super tired.
Beginner Summoned Object Difficulty level: Beginner Pre-requisites: N/A Battle Effect: Once per battle, you may choose to use your Crafts skill to summon a small craft-and-paper created guardian. Roll a six-sided dice. If odd, the guardian will defend you for two damage for the next three turns. If even, it does nothing. You forfeit your normal battle attack turn if you want to use this attack. Non-battle Effect: You can create and summon a small craft-and-paper created guardian from any piece of paper/napkin/ etc. It doesn't do much but float around, and it's a little less entertaining than a minipet...

Merely growing the minipet does not count! - One complete battle, with just rolls (800 word count not required) - Five minipets grown to their final stage. You get one point for every five minipets; you can claim a maximum of 5 points per year this way. - One complete solo, at least 800 words long
You earn 2 points for every: - One complete battle RP; must have filled-out RP actions, not just dice rolls. - Character 'plot assistance' (ie for events) - One complete GM'd classroom rp
You may earn ??? points for: - Special events run by GMs may have point prizes for participants; to claim these in your tally, make sure to link to the post where points were awarded. Be sure to also link to your post that fulfills the requirements on the tally.
You may earn bonus points for: - EXTREEEEEEME! WORDCOUNT! Those who choose to write particularly prolifically - perhaps an involved solo plotline, or a very involved single RP, may earn bonus points. You can get +1 bonus rp point for every 10k words you write in a single RP/solo, up to 50k words. (So the most you could get from any RP/solo would be 6 points: +1 for over 800 words, +1 more when you hit 10k, and +1 more point for every 10k you hit after that point.) Please note that GM/event ORPs do not count for these bonuses.
