I was going to record my songs officially the other day actually and it didn't work out. The music department's equipment ******** up and I was left with nothing.

A rough drum instrumental song... I basically got a bunch of random drums on beatcraft and threw something together, and then took it over to my friend Jeff's house. We disected it, fixed a bunch of it up, and then created about three digital drum tracks, then recorded the rest. He had a crazy wicked set of ELECTRONIC BONGOS (who'd have thought?) and I randomly did the first half of the bongo solo on there, he did the second half. The claves, timbales, and some of the bongo sounds are me, the egg shaker is simulated, alot of the bongos are Jeff, and as is the tom sounds and the bass drum. The muted steel drum and frame drum is also electronic tracking.

im working on 2 songs right now i have the lyrics but im working on all the parts: drums, guitar, maybe piano and other stuff... but i unfortunatly have nothing to record with and i have no bassist or singer so im screwed for now... my friend wants to sing but with my luck she probably sucks... i play guitar so im ok with that part... i dont know any drummers my age and in my area that are willing... and i still need a bassist, which my friend is also considering but she doesnt have a bass and i have another friend that does have one but she doesnt know how to play yet. so anyways im screwed for now. i have lyrics and thats it. *sigh*
