It starts with a normal day at Gallagher.

All the students have been transferred into one academy for exams, which are coming up tomorrow. Most of the students have been occupying the library, going over notes (if they have them). Even the slackers are studying quietly, reading books or typing away on their laptops.

Of course, something has to go wrong with such a quiet scene. And something does.

Jared, finally sick of studying, turns towards one of the library's several computers. Using a couple tips and tricks that Erich taught him, he gets past the firewall. It's been a while since he refreshed his porn library, and the videos that he has have been getting... boring. He navigates to his favorite site and finds a couple nice-looking, long videos. Satisfied, he goes to click on "download".

He downloads something else instead. At first, it seems to be a virus.

Every computer in the network (desktops and laptops alike) jumps to life and begins to download two large files. Those using computers jump up.

"What the hell!?" Vi snaps, glaring at her laptop a house logo appears on her screen.

Erich, the resident expert hacker, cracks his knuckles and shoves Jared aside. "It was you, wasn't it. You've never been good on the net."

"Sorry," Jared says sheepishly.

Erich ignores him and types away. "You ******** idiot, you mass-downloaded a file to every computer in the network. You on laptops, all of you, shut 'em down. Now."

"But I've been writing for the last hour!" Amelia objects.

"Shut it down."

The laptop users grudgingly do so. Erich hunches forward, typing complicated commands into the computer. "This is bad. I gotta wipe all the library computers to cover this. If I don't then we'll all be held accounted, and just before exams too."

Other computer specialists jump in. Rory and Emeric type away at the computers, making the work three times as fast. Within a couple hours, the three boys have apparently managed to completely eradicate the virus from the library's computers.

"Phew." Erich wipes his brow and shoots a glare at Jared. "Next time, don't torrent porn from the library." Jared only replies with a shrug and a grin.

The entire fiasco is forgotten, and exams are struggled through before everyone returns home for the summer.

A couple days later, Vi opens up her laptop and notices a new icon on her desktop screen. She opens it, and a message reads "SBURB CLIENT". After poking around, she sends a text to Erich. Hey, check your computer. D'you have something called "sburb server"?

And this is how it began.

Wooooo so Homestuck AU! Don't worry for you non-Homestucks, there's gonna be a resource post so you can find your god tiers, worlds, and stuff like that. This document's gonna keep track of god tiers, lands, etc.

Homestuck 101! SBURB is a video game that can alter reality and is basically the most realistic RPG ever. Server players help client players to get into the Medium, a space away from their own universe because their universe is dying. (Earth is going to be destroyed by a bunch of meteors.) Once in the Medium, all the kids get their own planet to explore, each with its own mythology and secrets to uncover. Once the kids have leveled up enough, they hit the God Tier, where they literally become gods. (Only a just or heroic death will put them down for good.) Once all the kids are nice and strong and have confronted the boss of their planet (called the Denizen), they take on the Black King as the final boss. Once they beat him, bam! New universe!

Glossary of terms in the document

Class: One half of a title assigned to a player. Determines how the player interacts with their aspect.

Aspect: Second half of a title assigned to a player. The aspect the player has domain over.

Land of.. and... The land the player ends up on. Has animal consorts and a denizen.

Strifekind: The weapon the player uses. It can literally be anything if you can use it as a weapon.

Protoype: What you throw into your sprite kernel to turn it into a sprite. Be careful - the prototypes affect the mobs of the game.

Sprite: A player's guide to the game. Extremely cryptic.

Victoria Penn has been taken as the Knight of Void

Hmmm... personally I don't see Vi being a Knight of Void. Void fits perfectly because of Vi's ongoing search for answers relating to her father as well as implementing mystery keeping her own name hidden. However Knight doesn't quite fit, as least as far as it relates to Void. Knights are classified as either protectors of their aspect or protectors USING their aspect for others, where I see Vi as using the aspect of Void for her own gain or the aspect of Void using Vi (as it applies to the mystery surrounding her father).

That being said, yes, Vi has Knight-like tenancies, but not as their applied to Void. My suggestions for Vi? Heir of Void (inherits/is protected by aspect), Maid of Void (becomes aspect because Vi's all mysterious) or Prince of Void (because of her search to destroy the mystery surrounding her father).

The other two in your post seem to fit the bill pretty well though.

I nominate Avery's class to be seer or maid. Cause they're a passive class that focuses on helping the team by providing info or fixing things which fits with Avery's work. As for aspect, i really don't know so i'm open to suggestions. Also i'm a stickler for canon so even though some of those fancy godtier pj's are really pretty i'd prefer going with the canon class/aspect and design. Fancied versions im okay with as long as it still resembles what's in the comic and doesn't deviate from it a lot.

She could go with space or light, seeing as how in "reality" she helps by providing the team with info on their surroundings as well as hacking into wherever they are to their advantage, effectively helping them in a passive way by giving info (light) or manipulating or creating an advantageous scenario (space)

Seeing as canon planets and whatnot is kind of vague I'd just say go crazy. There's a land generator in the resources post to give you ideas man.
