a sign on a mexican freeway warns motorists of snow
say when was the last time you heard of a blizzard or for that matter any snow in mexico? i have never seen snow in mexico
as it is this area is not a high elevation area

and yes that really is a freeway in mexico with a median less than 6 inches dividing the two sides
the road to the left is a frontage road

Yes it does snow in Mexico

It doesn't matter how far north or south you are, all you need is the right conditions.

Florida, where I live, has been known to have freak snow storms once in a while. even as far south as Tampa Bay. (Also, Florida is mostly at sea-level.)
