Forum Battle - Trick or Treat - Flash Game, anyone doing one part or all 3?
I got glazed eyes at the Forum Battle when I signed up, made one post, and didn't go back for 2 days, then found myself expired. Not so great a loss, maybe, since you can now buy your way into the game.
I am slowly working my way through the Trick or Treat set of 8 items from shops (is it 8?) I think it's the 5th item I am working on now. (Edit: I think Ian got a haircut for Halloween.)
I am wearing my 4 winnings from Switch'em, found out I liked the game (1st reaction was negative). Did see a thread on a game glitch.
And I am collecting wing stickers, 2 per account so far. Forgot about it til someone wanted to buy my motorcycle at a (bigger) discount. Only thing that's been in my store in several weeks, but I'd not been earning gold and wanted to replace what I'd spent - who knows, we've seen improvements, perhaps it will get even better if we hang on.
I think it is hard to stay in an uncomfortable situation, and who cares to put up with disrespect? And yet, and yet, Gaia has so much good in its history, maybe we can find encouragement, camaraderie, and a reason to hang in there for better times!

I certainly hope so. You and me need to get together and work on ideas for a protest in Towns 2 and I was thinking maybe even a second one in zOMG. Madame Xiva was saying since we were chatting about it we should do it and oh man I so want to. I want to get all the other Gaians who don't look at the forums that much to take a look at what is going on. And if they think it's nothing then we will make them think it's SOMETHING.

Nemone I certainly hope so. You and me need to get together and work on ideas for a protest in Towns 2 and I was thinking maybe even a second one in zOMG. Madame Xiva was saying since we were chatting about it we should do it and oh man I so want to. I want to get all the other Gaians who don't look at the forums that much to take a look at what is going on. And if they think it's nothing then we will make them think it's SOMETHING. I would like to do that, but after we get the Halloween event done, and I have learned my way around the guild threads. I am new to Crew here and set myself the task of reviewing ToS, guild rules, and guild threads, so I will be a knowledgeable Crew member and not 'stick my foot in it' (or at least not too often XD). I'm going to skim a lot. And I'm working on another project, too. I have serious irl health issues, so I have to watch not taking on more than I can follow through, but we can pm ideas for now.

Yeah I sent some ideas to Madame Xiva earlier, going to have to ask her to quote me when she replies so I can see what I wrote since I don't want to forget my ideas. I also have a class I'm finishing up right now and some family issues but those are things that will pass with time whether I want them to or not so I don't mind helping you with some of the work on this since I want to take some responsibility for my suggestion anyways. If you don't mind, can I start a thread with some kind of poll asking members if they'd be interested in participating and what day of the week would generally be best? I'm not really sure what part of the guild to put it in since I'm a newbie myself though.

Speaking of Halloween, one of the events by the forum mods is a uh.. zombie parade I think it was, on the 31st. I think it's going to be in towns. Is there good zombie stuff in the gold shops? I never really dress as one. Lol, it'd be funny if we all showed up there and got chased around by zombies. I can see the headlines by Gaia News now. "Zombies Eat Protesters!"
