Anyone read any good books with yaoi or shounen-ai in them? What are they? Spread the knowledge and love smile
A really good book with a guyxguy relationship in it is Magic's Pawn by Mercedes Lackey. The rest of the series is good too, but I liked the first one best. 'Twas sad though... But, if you don't like a lot of plot thrown in with it, don't bother. I like the author's style a lot, though it seems there are other people who dislike it a lot...

The Last Herald Mage series! -swoons- I love Mercedes Lackey! I think Vanyel is the ultimate tortured uke. The poor guy...
Ahem. Anyway...another good series? Lynn Flewellings 'Nightrunner' series. This is my number one favorite series ever, you don't want to know how many times I've read through the books...it's embaressing. XD

"The Last Herald Mage Trilogy" by Mercedes Lackey. It's a fantasy novel, but the main character does fall in love with a male, and all is happiness with words instead of pictures. heart
I also recommend any of Mercedes Lackey's other books, because she is a very good, open-minded author.

.Adnamac. Anyway...another good series? Lynn Flewellings 'Nightrunner' series. Yes! Another Nightrunner fan! I absolutely loved those books. I was totally blown away when those two got together (you know who... I'm not saying who in case it's a spoiler for anybody). I mean, I had already been slashing them in my mind up till that point, but I thought that was just me and my mind. When it actually happened, my jaw dropped heart But what I loved most about that book wasn't that relationship. It was all the cloak & dagger / skullduggery. Now that was just cool. But, despite all that, I loved Thero the best. He was way cool xd

They are not main characters, but there is some boy-love in the book "Exiles: The Ruins of Ambrai" by Melanie Rawn. Sadly, she hasn't finished the last book in her trilogy. stressed
