It looks like a police car, except I don't think it is, because the people inside are smoking, and whenever they get out to walk around the yard of my house (CREEPY!) it smells sweet, so it can't be cigarretes, could it be?
Oh, yeah, and they also parked several times in front of my house, you know, to get up and walk around the yard.
What do I do? They're sort of creeping me out.

They're trespassing, I would call the cops immediately.
