See you around smile
UPDATE: All mains are taken now. I won't be accepting anymore requests for minor characters as of the moment. Minor characters are the people who are not going to be stuck in the island with the six. They could be the family members of the survivors or doctors or agents of the organization.

EXPERIMENT
Plot: It was a flight bound for death.
A secret inter-governmental agency does experiments to humans. Their purpose: finding out the true abilities of humans. However, it has a lot of costs, a LOT. The experiment has been going on for many years, with incremental success. But that's not the problem that the agency faces. It's the guinea pigs. The solution: numerous plane accidents in the Atlantic with no survivors.
For most of the passengers of Flight 202 bound for Heathrow from New York, it was just a return trip home. For others, a business trip lasting two weeks. While others, their very first summer trip abroad. None of them expected this to be their very last. As they were subjected to the experiment, only 6 out of the hundreds of passenger survive it. With astonishing results.
Now, they must find a way to escape that prison. Facing an unknown world, the 6 of them must work together and harness their new-found capabilities... not knowing that the experiment is still on-going.
Characters (Main) :
Louie Black
A business student off for a trip. She's a quiet girl who can survive without talking to anyone. She's also free-spirited and does things her own way. Although a bit closed to others, she's not shy and does not shrink away from people. She can easily adjust to the situation at hand, making her a very important asset in times of troubles. However, she take things at heart very easily. She cannot forgive people who have hurt her and her loved ones that easily. She would sacrifice her life just to be sure that everyone around her is safe. She's the kind of person you wouldn't notice when you first enter the room. But by the time you exit it, you're bound to remember her always. Abilities: Varied. She doesn't have a fixed ability. They just come out of her without her knowing what it is, how powerful it is, or even when it will come out. Superhuman strength, invisibility, flying, mind-reading and amplification are the usual ones that come out though.
Danny Heeley
He is not handsome. Well, he has looks, but he's not drop dead handsome. However, he has charm. Girls get attracted to him for no reason at all. He's also very gentlemanly. Chivalry to the height of it. But he doesn't enjoy the twittering girls around him, trying to get his attention. For deep down, he likes the quiet nature. He doesn't like complications, all he wants is a simple life. He's also very intelligent. He's actually the number 1 student in their batch. He's been nursing a soft spot for Louie for a long while, but they're not exactly bosom friends even in college. And that's his problem: even though he has all the intelligence in the world, he doesn't know how to confess his feelings. In the end, he just keeps on stealing glances at her, hoping that somehow she'd get an idea. Abilities: Telekinesis and Elemental (use of the elements).
Alice Jones
Along with Louie and Danny, only the 3 of them among their college friends survived the experiment. She's also the best friend of Louie. She is very shy. Having a General for a father made her that way. That's why she's having trouble getting along with people. Most think that she's dumb, when she's not. Because of this, she secretly admires Louie for her ability to go along with people and with the situation. Her burning passion is to be like any other people: the ones who make friends very easily. Most of the times, she's the one who's controlling Louie, particularly when she gets all hyped up (and very childish). She also has very bad eyesight, and cannot go anywhere without her eyeglasses. She hates wearing contacts since she's afraid it might get dislocated inside her eye. Abilities: Invisibility and Flying,
Michael Adams
A British national finishing his graduate studies in New York. He's just returning home for the break, that's why he's in the same plane as the others. He's is smart, no doubt denying that. He keeps on boasting that he has all the top universities back in UK asking him to enter their universities, but that he chose New York instead. And that's what his problem is: he's so full of himself. He likes to be at the center of all things. He likes it when people listen to him. He gives his opinion to absolutely any topic, even if he doesn't have any knowledge on that field. This might because he has some issues with his physical appearance. He is too short for his age. He doesn't like it when people look down upon him, even if figuratively (because most of the time, others are taller than him). Abilities: Shape-shifting (usually into an animal form).
Audrey Miles
She's only a 15 years old, the youngest in the group that survived the experiment. She has a troubled life. Her parents divorced when she was only 6 years old. Her father went to live at London, continuing his business, while her mother moved in to New York becoming a fashion designer. Ever since then, she's been traveling back and forth between her two parents. She loves them both, but does not feel any love from among them. To them, she just an ordinary person. Being an only child, she has no older brother or sister to talk to. She hates the world for giving her this kind of family. Her dream is to find her own little spot in this world and hide there forever. Abilities: Hyper voice and, later on, wolf-like abilities (such as ultra sensitive senses and healing abilities... think of Wolverin).
Marie Mignon
In a nutshell, a model gone to seed. She was French by birth, but her marriage to an American, she changed her nationality to be able to live in America. She had to give up her career, which was very promising, to be able to start her own family. However, it did not turn out as she had planned. Now, she's too old and out of her league to become a model once more. However, she still retains her beautiful face that, even at her age, attracts guys around her. Although she is now divorced, she's afraid to start all over again, fearing that she would commit the same mistake again. However, she does have a penchant for young guys, sometimes young enough to be her son. She's a partner to a small American beauty products company and acts as their representative in their French transactions. However, for this trip, she's planning on meeting someone and spending the weekend with that person in London. Abilities: Doppelganger of other people (sometimes with the ability of producing multiple copies of them).
Settings: In an unnamed island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Sometime June of 2011 (summer season).

Come what may... Their flight was late. Everybody was already seated, and Louie's classmates were already making a noise out of boredom. They were playing with the stewardess, particularly Jack. Her classmates were releasing some pent up energy from all the excitement of their first trip abroad.
"Say, why are we so late?", Jack asked the stewardess. But she did not answer back. She merely smiled and told them to settle down for they could take off any minute. Then she moved away.
Jack settled down, for about five minutes. Then, he was once again the noisiest in the entire cabin. Louie glanced around the cabin, not really joining in all the raucous. The cabin had three columns of seat, and she was seated in the middle, so she could not look out into tarmac. But as she glanced at the windows, she saw that they were closed, all of them. This was her first time boarding a plane, so she thought that this was one of the little disadvantages of being seated in the Economy Class. But she wasn't that sure. She glanced at Alice beside her. She looked, as always, like this was her first time being around with people.
"Relax, Al," she whispered, smiling at her friend.
"I am relaxed," she whispered back. "I always am."
They quietly giggled at this. Alice was never relaxed when she's around people. But she's working on her fears, and Louie admired her best friend for this.
Louie turned her attention to the book on her lap. She had been reading it before she looked around the cabin. She's halfway through it already, but she just bought it yesterday. She could never keep her hands off a new book. It was supposed to be her past time during the long flight to England, but what the hell. She could just reread it if she's really bored.
But as she was about to start reading again, the light in front of the cabin turned on. SEAT BELTS ON. Finally, they were going to leave. Jack and the others quieted down. Alice leaned over and whispered to Louie, "This is it, eh?". She could hear the excitement in her voice. And who could blame her? Louie herself's excited. What wonders would await them in England, she could only imagine.
"Yep, this is it, Al."
... and hell to pay.

I’m scared of what you’ll say So I’m hiding what I’m feeling Alice Jones "This is it, eh?" were the words spoken before a small smile appeared on Alice's face.
"Yep, this is it, Al." was the reply from her close friend Louie.
This was it. A new adventure awaited them. Alice, Louie and Jack were among the few students who were going on a trip to England. College was stressful and hard. Now was the time for a break. Hopefully, the trip would be exciting.
Alice gripped on to the arm rests when the plane began accelerating. She wasn't exactly use to being on planes. To calm her nerves, Alice turned to the side and opened one of the windows up a few inches. It was night time but she could see lights flashing from the airport. The blurry images grew smaller and smaller.
Alice rubbed her eyes because they started to itch but stopped right after. "Ah. I forgot I'm not suppose to do that with these darn contacts on..." Alice said out loud. She wasn't use to them at all. She only started wearing them so she didn't look like a geek or a librarian with the glasses she usually wore. Alice was insecure about what people thought of her. One of the things she didn't want to be known for was looking like the stereotypical geek. To her, people saw her as a nobody.
She had another title on her head though. Alice Jones: the general's daughter. Her father, who people merely referred to as 'the General', was a moral wise man. He was a prominent figure in his field of work. It seemed like Alice was the opposite.
"Lou, were these contacts a good idea?" Alice asked shyly. She'd rather not go through the family conflict in her head [Added a few lines]

Come what may... "Hmm..?" Louie wasn't really paying much attention to what's going on around her. She was busily devouring her new book.
"I said, were these contacts a good idea?" Alice repeated. "Why are you reading right now anyway? I thought you get dizzy whenever you read inside a moving object?"
Louie closed her book, marking the page where she stopped. She looked at her friend. Now that Alice had ditched those nerdy-looking glasses, she looked really pretty. No wonder Danny kept on looking at her. "Of course it is," Louie said. "Don't worry, nothing will happen to your pretty little eyes."
"Pretty? You're making fun of me..." Al said, pouting.
"I am not. I swear, you look really nice. See," Louie said, pointing a few seats back, craning her head. "Danny can't keep his eyes off you."
True enough, Danny Heeley was looking at them, as he always does. Funnily enough, Louie finds this a little, well, funny. Why does he keep on looking at them? For a while, it annoyed her. It made her conscious of how she looked. Was there something on her cheek? Did she dribble food onto her clothes? Then she got used to it... now she just thinks he's weird. Until it got to her that there might be a meaning to those looks: Danny likes Alice.
But, beside her, Alice groaned. "Oh Lou..." Alice said, shaking her head. But she did not said anything anymore. She turned away and looked out the window. Louie sighed inwardly. Alice doesn't want to be teased when it comes to romances.
Oh well, she'll catch up to it soon, Louie thought.
They were finally airborne now. The plane feels almost stationary. She opened her book, and in a matter of seconds, was once again lost in her imaginary world.
... and hell to pay.

I’m scared of what you’ll say So I’m hiding what I’m feeling Alice Jones 'Pretty' was not something Alice was accustomed to hearing. She frowned at the words Louie just said. She knew that had to be a joke.
So, I'm the girl with low self-esteem. I can live with that. Alice said in her mind. She accepted that fact a long time ago. Maybe when she was a teenager. No amount of therapy, professional or courtesy of Louie, could help her as far as she knew.
As she stared out the window, Alice could see a clear night sky. The plane was high enough to be leveled with the clouds and once they were higher than those puffs of water, stars were much clearer to see. Alice stared out the small window for a while but eventually got bored of the dark void of black sky.
The words Louie said a while back popped in her head. "Don't worry, nothing will happen to your pretty little eyes." "I swear, you look really nice." "Danny can't keep his eyes off you."
The last one made Alice wince. Danny Heeley. Top student Danny Heeley? There's no way Alice defended in her head. What occupied Alice for a while was the reflection she saw in the window's glass. A girl with light brown hair. Strands of hair were sticking out of her fishnet braid because they were not all the same length. Without her glasses, Alice did look different.
Alice shook her head and turned her head back to see the rest of the cabin. Sure enough, she saw Danny. He looked bored in his seat. He somehow sensed someone looking at him and sure enough, it was Alice. He waved slightly, trying to send a silent 'Hi?'. Alice hesitated but waved back, awkwardly.
Once she sat back up right, Alice noticed Louie laugh. "I told you.." she teased all knowingly.
Alice pouted again. She did act like a child sometimes despite being a college. "That didn't mean anything..."

Michael AdamsDNT RD DIS--U WILL LOSE MIND, GO CRZY✖✖✖Michael felt his temple throbbing and paused from typing an e-mail to his father on his tablet. "They should divide flyers into two groups: the simpletons and the civilized. We'd all be happier that way... or at least, I'd be." Michael muttered with an edge to his voice. He made himself loud enough that those around him could hear. He was given a lucky seat in row nine, next to a window, and right in front of Jack. Jack promptly responded by kicking his seat.
"Don't say that Shorty, then you'd be all by yourself." Jack pestered, loudly. At least he didn't fake an accent this time. He would've hit Michael's seat another time had one of his buddies not stopped him. It was a good thing they didn't wish to be moved from the cabin, who knew what else they would've done.
In the civilized area, no doubt... Michael thought grudgingly, as he was the only who bothered to remind Jack and his friends how loud they were being. He noted how easily Louie and Alice yapped back and forth. Of course, he was directly in front of the noise and terribly irritable when focusing on something, but he knew he was right.
Michael settled himself back in his seat comfortably before finishing the e-mail. Then he rubbed the weary eyes behind his glasses--he preferred them over chemical-ridden lenses sitting on his eyes--and opened up an application specifically for medical students on his tablet. For him, it was nearly always time to study.
He didn't have time to drop the ball for risk of not getting the best offers in his chosen field. Becoming a doctor wasn't even his first option; he had an unpleasant disposition for people. Engineering wasn't his cup of tea and he had to get a job that was highly venerated. Veterinarian didn't make the cut in his family's eyes, and so the final decision was made. He never wondered if he was doing the wrong thing, because his parents had his best interest in mind. Didn't they?

Come what may... Louie heard Jack annoying the guy in front of them. She had seen the guy a while ago, and Jack's reference to him as "Shorty" must irritate the guy. He had looks, but then... if it wasn't for those looks, you'd think he was just a teenager.
"Jack," she whispered, leaning to his seat. "Stop teasing the guy."
"Why?" he whispered back. She could see a naughty smile playing on his lips. "You got something for Shorty?"
Jack, the master of tricks, always thinking up of one ridiculous thought after another. "No, but his height is punishment enough."
Jack laughed out loud. Louie too can't help but smile. "All right, I got you woman," he said, winking at her.
She felt a twinge of guilt as she laid back on her seat. She didn't mean to be that mean, but what can she do? The only way for Jack to stop making nonsense is if you counter him. And it seems that Mr. Shorty's height is the only thing that can counter Jack. I'm sorry Sir, she thought to herself. Soon, she was nodding in her sleep.

D aniel H eeley Believe their lies,
Danny sat across the aisle from Alice and Louie, at a window seat. He was ready for some relaxation; definitely. If he could, he would slap himself; he didn't know why he stared at Louie and Alice like as if he was a curious little kid. He did notice that Alice had done away with her glasses. But that was all. He thought nothing of it. Now that the plane had taken off and they were in the air, he put in his earphones and started to listen to some music softly. After all, it was better than hearing the loud, annoying and dull hum of the plane's engines. He finally decided to open his window; it was pitch black outside, and he couldn't help being a little disappointed even though he knew it was pretty late when they decided to take off. He twisted around in his seat uncomfortably, facing the window. He didn't want anyone to see his eyes, one green and one blue, which often became brighter and illuminated in the night. Daytime was fine, since they looked almost the same, but having two different colored eyes fueled a lot of his insecurites~Maybe he should get colored contacts, it'll at least make his eyes look a little normal.... He forced himself to take a peek at the pair out of the corner of his eye. As far as he could tell, Louie had fallen asleep. A small smile formed on his lips. She looked like an angel.... Never be able to see through the guise. You'll never be strong | Your cluelessness is all....wrong.

I’m scared of what you’ll say So I’m hiding what I’m feeling Alice Jones Alice shook her head from overhearing the small conversation between Louie and Jack. She did have some thoughts about the insults but shrugged at them. Keeping quiet was one thing she was use to doing. Those reverse insults did seem offensive but maybe what you know won't hurt you.
The contact lenses she had on were really starting to irritate her. Maybe her eyes were just way to sensitive. Alice really wasn't use to it. She had been complaining about them to Louie the whole time and yet, those complaints still weren't enough. Her normal eyeglasses were in her pocket so if she ever needed them, they were close by.
Alice looked to Louie and noticed she was almost asleep. On the other side, Daniel seemed to be in the same pre-sleeping mode. Looking at her sleepy friends had a domino effect on Alice. It was like the chain reaction of a yawn. But somehow Alice couldn't fall asleep. She liked the feeling of being in the sky on an airplane. It was like freedom. No rules or boundaries. Alice placed her elbow on an armrest, and with her palm supporting her chin up, she waited for something to happen. Perhaps the inflight movie.
She signed and her imagination kicked in. Daydreaming was the best past time.

✖✖✖KKSDGH!Michael AdamsKKSDGH?✖✖✖ It had been some time and Michael was over the Jack and pack fiasco. Now he stared out his window, thinking of what it'd be like, back home. Praise from his parents and grandparents, certainly. They'd pry at his school ranking and be disappointed that it wasn't higher than last time. Then more chats with stuffy old family friends that needed positions to be filled.
Sure he was worthy of all of them, but he wasn't interested in talking to stuffy old people. He gave a mental sigh.
At his right, a young girl--who earlier made it her duty to act like his little sister--snored lightly. It was this that shook him from his reverie. He took his tablet from her hands, and stuck it into the pouch on the seat in front of him. He gave her a glare for a moment. You could've dropped it, little girl. He'd learned her name but found no use for it in a scold, mental or not.
As if on cue, she tilted her head more to rest on his shoulder.
He sighed for real this time. As long as you don't end up a crowd-pleaser or a wallflower like some girls do. Michael turned back to the window. With his chin on hand, he searched his thoughts once more. He hoped to drift into sleep eventually, his dreams were the one place he could truly be relaxed and undisturbed.

⋗Marie Mignon⋖ Age is merely MIND over MATTER... If you don't mind, it doesn't matter. After a long wait, the plane finally took off. Marie was sitting a few seats behind the loud college students. She couldn't help but look at the students. So young, so fresh... with the whole world before them to explore. No, stop thinking about that, she told herself. It's been years since her disastrous marriage, and yet, it still pains her when she sees young people. If only she could turn back time....
She looked at her phone. She was hoping that Robert would call, or at least send her a simple message, but so far, the last message she has received was last night. She wondered if this short rendezvouz was a good decision. Her business partners doesn't know anything about it; they only know that she's taking a short vacation. She met Robert five months before in Paris during her business trip. He's only 25, but with her looks, nobody paid them much attention. Even if they do, what does she care anyway?
They've been seeing each other for the past months, usually during her business trips, but this time, she was convinced by Robert to fly to London for a month of pure vacation. She's a bit excited... the same feeling she has whenever she's to meet someone. She raised her phone to her eye level, and used it as a mirror. She could see the wrinkles around her eyes, her beautiful eyes. Even at such an age, she knew that she's still beautiful. She knew it by the fact that men still look at her whenever she passes by. But a nagging feeling had been growing in her ever since she met Robert. She's going too old for this kind of rendezvouz. She should stop doing this. But what could she do?
She sighed. The college students had stopped making such loud noises. Most of them had fallen asleep, such as the young man with those peculiar eyes. She stared at him, until she too slowly grew sleepy. She glanced again at her phone, still no message. She laid back, and continued staring around. The man beside her felt giddy when her head fell on his shoulders. Thank God his wife wasn't on board with him.

Come what may... Louie felt herself being tapped on the shoulder. Someone was trying to wake her up... probably her mom. Someone was murmuring near her, but she couldn't understand what was being said. Five more minutes, just five more, she thought to herself. But the tapping was persistent. She tried to roll onto her stomach to get away, but she couldn't move. What....? Then she realized where she was. It wasn't her mother who's telling her to wake up. Suddenly, she was wide awake.
"Please, ma'am," the stewardess said. "Please wake up."
She opened her eyes, and saw Alice asleep beside her. She looked at the stewardess, who seemed satisfied that she's awake.
"What's going?" she asked, patting down her hair and sitting up straighter. She could see that almost everyone was asleep, although a few people are being awaken by the other stewardesses. Most of those who are awake looked perplexed, perhaps like her, wondering what on earth's going on.
"Please ma'am, kindly wake your seatmate and put on your seat belt," the stewardess replied.
Louie looked at the warning signal up front. True enough, SEAT BELTS ON sign was lighted. "What's going?" she asked again, a little more loudly.
The stewardess looked troubled. Something's not right, she thought to herself. "There's some.... air turbulence up ahead. It could be very bumpy, so please put on your seat belt," she replied. "And please wake up your friend and tell her to get prepared." With that, the stewardess moved away.
Louie looked around. More people are awake now, some of them interviewing the stewardess, some waking their friends. She looked at the stewardess who woke her up (now trying to wake up Jack and his pals). Louie couldn't help it, but she had a nagging feeling about something. The reply about the air turbulence seems okay, but... there's just something wrong with the way that woman answered. Like the way she sort of avoided Louie's eyes, and the pause in her speech. But what could she do? Those people are the more experienced when it comes to flying. Maybe the stewardess is just scared of air turbulence?
She put on her seat belts, then glanced at Alice who was still asleep. Louie reached out her hand and placed it on Alice's shoulders.
"Al," Louie said, gently shaking her friend awake. "Al, wake up."
It took a couple more shakes before Alice woke up. She looked at Louie with bleary eyes as Louie told her to put on her seat belts.
"Seat.. seat belts?" Alice asked, although her hands were already moving to reach for the belts. "Why? What's going on?"
"To tell you the truth," Louie said, facing front again. Everyone was awake now, and there's some quiet chatter you can hear. Most of her fellow students looked around nervously, this was their first trip and they were not used to it. However, the others looked as if nothing's going on, some of them were even starting to settle down and sleep again. Obviously, air turbulence is not something to be scared of. She looked out the window and saw that everything was pitch black outside. It had been hours since their take off. They were cruising the middle of the Atlantic Ocean in the dead of the night with a nagging feeling at the back of her mind.
"To tell you the truth, I have no idea what's going on."
