Background: Rex has been working as an Arbites Enforcer for over twenty years. His personal motto 'Justice at any cost' has stood him firm amongst the corruption and greed prevalent in hive cities, however it hasn't always been easy for him. He is not the most diplomatic of people and has made more than his fair share of enemies in the upper hive during his investigations into corruption. As a result, those with political power have ensured he has been denied promotion time and time again.
Rex is a bitter and cynical man, who always assumes the worst and prepares for it.

Background: Sergeant Kavon is one of the youngest Sergeants in the 7th Kelsac Regiment, let alone the 13th Kelsac Recon Platoon. Sgt. Sadol deserved the position he was given, including the skills he developed to place him into the Recon units. Kavon was once a fresh recruit, placed into the standard Kelsac Line Infantry, to do the basic drills and normal operations soldiers of the Imperium do. His life was hard at first, being a new recruit, and trying to prove to the veterans he was worth something, it took him six years since he joined at the age of eighteen.
Kavon's worth was not proven until a Campaign against a Rebel Guard on the planet of Marcardus. Kavon's entire squad was killed, saved for him after diving into a fallen building. He hid there for days, waiting until one particular leader, later being identified as the Rebel's leader, was crossing the street with his accompanying bodyguards. Kavon took the opportunity to booby-trap the entire roadway with the grenades and explosives his squad carried. When the enemy crossed into the danger zone, he vaporized them all in one explosion. He personally executed the dying officer with his lasgun, before dispatching the rest of the body guards and escaping the wrath of the enemy's troops from capturing him.
It took him two days to crawl through the ruins to reach his own friendly lines and report his findings. In all those days of being left behind, he developed his own skills of hiding, as well as relying on his own childhood skills he developed from hide and seek, as well as other games that required stealth.
After several years of being in the Recon units, Kavon slowly rose into the ranks of Sergeants, and soon was leading his own platoon, the infamous thirteenth platoon, which was always cursed with losing a leader in every war. So far, he been the leader for two years with no repercussion, and is considered a lucky charm.
Kavon is a specialized scout for the Kelsac, and even a good sniper, though he chooses to avoid being a sniper from time to time. He was about to join the 4th Kelsac Regiment to the Campaign of Saldor Foregworld, he was instead summoned to join a particular group due to his skills.
Description: Kavon is a young man who still looks in his early twenties, having only one scar across his neck. A bayonet that nearly ripped his throat opened. His hair is jet black and his eyes are green. He has tanned skin from the Kelsac's world of Vidal Prime. He is not quite muscular as most soldiers should be, but is more lean. However, he is rather tall at a height of 6"4.

Homeworld/World you're currently on: born onElysia currently awaiting redeployment on the planet Lukius.
Background/History: Born to a proud family who has served the empire for many generations, Kinkaid always knew what he was going to do in life, smite the enemies of the Empire. Training extensively in both weapons and tactics in addition to augmenting the planetary defense force in actions against outlaws and pirates who use the Elysian system as a staging ground and hide out., He was assigned to the 13th Drop Infantry division also known as the "Helldivers" at the age of eighteen. Since then he has served his Emperor and division well. Distinguishing himself in combat against the never ending tide of Green skins on multiple fronts, rising to the rank of weapons specialist. He, his squad and his division were preparing to face yet another threat to the empire. Moral was high, their training had them ready and there equipment was blessed. They died by the hundreds.
The Tyranids were a completely new foe and one that they had no experience against. The 13th suffered 90% casualties. Broken, the division was removed from combat rotation until they could be assessed and resupplied or folded in to another unit. The experience exacted a heavy toll on the Specialist. The already jaded veteran became cynical and though he still trains religiously, he only goes through the motions of service and devotion. His prayers are only words on his lips, his heart no longer burns with religious fever and military discipline. It now burns with rage and an longing to see every single threat burn in the fires of there sin.
It was then that Specialist Kinkaid received his summons.

Background/History: After serving 2 tours of duty in the PDF, he was (dis)honorably discharged (amongst much cursing) for exposing fellow nobleman officer from house Ulanti as a wild psyker. He gave up short and unsuccesful attempt at being Guild enforcer after helping few women sold into slavery by their own husbands escape. Ever since that accident he choses his jobs carefully, usually going only after really notorious criminals. Fortunately the pay for those is so good he can afford to be picky.

Background/History: Virune earned his nickname through a near super human ability to keep critically wounded guardsman alive even in dire circumstances. Serving on Cadia he proved again and again that when he told another soldier that they weren't dying on his watch, he meant it.
He recieved several commendations for bravery, and an equal number of punishments for ignoring direct orders so that he could save a wounded comrade. His guard career could have ended in shame or glory, but instead he recieved a letter from the Inquistion, 'requesting' his cooperation. With a few quiet goodbyes he entered the service of the Inquisition, deciding that it was better to meet his end fighting traitors or xenos than to die at the end of an assassin's blade.

Personality Report
A withdrawn individual when in the presences of senior officers or tech-priests. Despite being part of the Mechanicum, he is at odds with their normally dour and dry nature. He understands human emotions more than other of his ilk. Due to this, he can adapt to human encounters well, although some things that those not of his kin do confuse him. His manner around those he is comfortable with is quiet, willing to give his input, but can some what ramble slightly.
Beliefs
Ramus is an Organicist, who sees biological enhancement using mechanical procedures, as a way to expand humanities chances of thriving in the 41st millennium. He also believes in innovation and is completely against the stagnation of the current Mechanicus. Although not vocal about it, Ramus works to advance the machines of the 41st Mechanicum in any way that is not against the tenants of the Priesthood of Mars.

There are a few things I'd like you to tweak with your character. Your guys has seen too much at such a young age, I would expect him to have faced only one of the Imperium's great enemies at this stage. Not three. I'd expect you to be a grizzly veteran of at least 60. If you can just tweak that part then the rest is fine.
