Crumbed chicken!! I have that for my B'day dinner every year because it's one of my fave things in the world to eat. Just use a bit of seasoned stuffing mix as the crumbs and fry it up... cat_sweatdrop ok I had best stop before I kill the new laptop by drooling over it

I like S.O.S. My dad makes it once in awhile. I think it's technically supposed to be served over toast but he usually uses noodles of some kind.

Usually reheating home made mac&cheese is great. I love how crunchy and gooey it gets in the microwave. Either turkey or chicken that's been seasoned with lemon juice, garlic and lots of rosemary; if you add a little butter on top before reheating it the result of that's also very nice.
My eyes feel fat just reading the above. I plan meals so don't usually have leftovers. I like to eat fresh things.

If perchance there's any [meats] leftover, I love meatloaf or steak sandwiches made with coarse bread. *Just had steak w/ none leftover, so now hungry for meatloaf.* emotion_drool

I can make chili out of almost any leftover meal. If I make a huge batch of something, that's usually how it ends up by the time I finish it.
