the challenge is to swallow a spoonful of cinnamon! :>
Its really hard because it drys out your mouth and It starts to taste spicy andandand It feels like there is a thick layer in your mouth.

The trick is to let the cinnamon mix with your saliva and becomes like a hard cinnamon candy on your tongue. That way you can just swallow it. A bunch of dumb people at my ex job tried this...I guess they were bored. It was then that the manager came by and said why did none of you try letting the cinnamon crystalize on your tongue? lol

Ultimately the challenge is swallowing it. But holding it in your mouth can prove to be a challenge by itself .That volume of cinnamon is like drinking a bottle of hot sauce. lol

The thing is, I couldn't shallow it and then it became hard to breathe so I collasped in a of coughing.
